Hello beautiful soul,
I am honored that you chose to listen to this guided meditation today on bringing in more awareness of our star seed galaxy and perhaps bringing in more of our spirit guides along the way.
So getting started make sure you're in a nice comfortable seat either with your back nice and straight or lying down.
And start to take a nice deep breath through the nose,
The deepest breath you've taken today filling up the belly,
Feeling the rise of the chest,
The coolness of the air coming in.
And sending some gratitude to that beautiful life force energy that fills us and fuels us.
And breathing out with a nice sigh,
A nice fiery breath.
Continue to do two more rounds of breaths.
As you feel the weight of gravity allow you to sink deeper.
As you align more with your soul's purpose.
In a land far,
Far away from home there lived a mystical being who forgot their fully aligned power.
This sassy spirit sought comfort through the ego's repetitive habitual nature and even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with this beautiful creature they forgot what it meant to be free.
There was so much more to lean in to the depth of their soul leading to their fully aligned purpose.
So one day they decided they needed a change.
Something that they'd wanted for a while but since they didn't know what type of change they didn't know where to start.
So they decided to take a journey,
A journey of the mind,
Body and soul.
And as they walked along this twisting path soaked in sunshine filled with all of their favorite parts of nature.
So many vivid colors,
Perfect temperature and the smells so sweet.
They followed the path taking them deeper with every step they took.
You may already know this beautiful soul is you.
And your light is shining and glowing more with each and every step.
And on this journey all of the surroundings become lusher and the seasons start to change.
Moving,
Evolving from winter to spring to summer to fall.
And all the other glorious vivid colors,
Smells,
Sounds add the depth and knowledge of beauty.
And in the distance there's a beautiful mountain.
Taking it seems to be the only option to get to discovering more about the depths of your soul.
And as you begin to climb the mountain you can feel the resistance of gravity.
You can feel a couple twigs crunch beneath your feet.
You can feel the weight they have been carrying.
But so determined because there's a mission on your soul.
Starseeds come here for a higher purpose.
And as you're deeply moving along your journey still noticing the change of seasons.
And as the leaves fall you realize that it's very much like you right now.
Shedding those layers of karmic entanglements or ego deaths to allow for the new budding of rebirth.
And as every step takes you up the mountain,
A little sweat beating on your face.
You finally arise at the top and release all of the weight you've been carrying.
Feeling the cool breeze,
So cleansing and calming.
And at the top of this mountain maybe you can see any animals around,
Any spirit guides.
Telling you you're on the right path.
At the top of this beautiful mountain you look around,
All around you.
And you notice to the left a beautifully knowledgeable tree.
This tree has so much inner wisdom.
And as you approach it and feel the texture of its bark you notice there's a door that appears on the side of it.
You can see it glowing within it and you know this is why you needed to take this journey.
So as you open the door you move inside and see a blueprint control room.
This control room has your energetic blueprint that determines the uniqueness of your soul.
So you may see many knobs or levers or screens and you notice there's many knobs for your emotions.
Maybe one of your emotions is too high or too low and feel free to adjust any emotions that are coming up.
Adjust them to the perfect number for you.
And if anything's stuck you notice that there's a beautiful toolbox right in the center of the blueprint control room.
All of your emotions that you've experienced from childhood or before this time they add to the depths of you.
Now that you've adjusted everything to their perfect levels you notice there's an area for your physicality.
Knowing that you're perfect just the way you are but if you'd like to adjust any of the knobs and levers.
And then you notice an area for your mental body.
A little different than the emotional but just as important.
Start to turn any of those knobs and levers to the perfect position for you.
Beautiful you're doing amazing.
Everything just right just perfect so whole so complete.
You feel a sense of gratitude a wave of relaxation come over your body and as you turn around you see on the giant blue screen the depths of your spiritual body.
You may see galaxies,
Vortexes start to take note of the colors.
Really feel into this moment as you are face to face with the depth of your soul.
Here for your starseed mission pay attention to the types of galaxies you're witnessing,
Imagining,
Feeling,
Hearing.
Take a nice deep breath and allow yourself to begin to approach this screen.
Place your hands against it as the screen begins to turn a soft mist and flashes a symbol of importance in your starseed mission.
As you gently move through this mess.
Find yourself moving higher and higher.
You may feel any sensations arise and just know that anything you feel is calming is cleansing is healing every fiber of your being.
Start to call in your star galaxy.
As you rise so freely.
The energy of this star galaxy begins to circulate above your head,
Releasing any tension around your eyes,
Down your head and forehead,
Releasing your jaw.
Moving all the way through your body into your compassionate soul driven heart.
Moving all the way down your core and hips down your legs out your feet and all the way into the depth of Mother Gaia.
The star galaxies energy of light and love and awareness and compassion moves through you and back up from the earth.
Creating an infinity symbol right through your heart and right into your star galaxy or star galaxies.
And as you feel this infinity symbol moving through you,
You realize that you're ready for it to strengthen your aura even brighter,
Even stronger.
Because you are here for a mission so much bigger than yourself.
Beginning to call in any guys that are around you for protection and any awareness of your star seed incarnation wisdom.
Beautiful.
I'm beginning to come back to Earth.
Moving so gracefully so gently feeling activated from any symbols of wisdom from all of your ancestors and guys,
Animals,
All of the beautiful spirits that are hyping you up during your mission here.
As you move back down gently feeling your feet land and your perfect place in nature.
You can feel the energy of the Earth moving back up,
Back up through your body as you begin to come back and do your full awareness of your outer world and inner world right now.
And I'm going to count from five to one and one being back into your full awareness.
So energized and ready to either embark on the rest of your day or so peaceful and calm and ready for a nice gentle sleep.
Whichever you choose is perfect for you and knowing that new information may come to you as you begin to process and integrate more of your star seed mission on this planet.
So with the count of five beginning to feel back into the body taking with you all of the loving joy that you bring to this world.
Four beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Three feeling the vitality in every inch of your body.
Two so activated so loved and one eyes and eyelids open ready to embark on the rest of your day evening or night.
