Welcome to today's inner child chakra meditation.
Feel free to wiggle out any wiggles,
Take a nice seat,
Take a nice deep breath through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Expanding that belly.
And hold it at the top.
Really hold that breath,
That big ball of energy in your belly and start to wiggle your body from front to back,
Back to front almost like a snake.
Wiggling forward and backward,
Forward and backward,
Holding that breath and then releasing with an audible Let it all come out slowly and naturally.
Do this a couple more times,
A couple more rounds.
Going through the nose,
Filling up the belly.
Noticing the chest rise.
Mmm that air is so good.
And then start to wiggle.
Forward to backward.
Forward to backward.
Just like a snake with the air in the belly.
Have fun with it.
Holding and releasing.
One more time,
Breathing through the nose,
Filling up that belly.
Really expanding that belly.
Just like a balloon.
And wiggling your chest and your stomach,
Your body.
And release.
Feeling that fire,
That heat build up within.
Really settling here now.
Letting your breath fall to its natural rhythm.
Spine nice and straight,
Chest proud.
Your forehead tilted a little bit up towards the sky but not too much.
And breathing.
Noticing any thoughts or sensations that arise.
Just like the ebb and flow of the slithering snake.
As soon as you notice a thought,
Release it.
Let it go.
No judgement.
Really letting the weight of gravity.
Allow your body to melt.
Falling into it all the way from the top of the head,
Down the forehead,
Behind the eyes.
Face.
Jaw.
Letting the tongue settle.
Moving your awareness and your breath down the neck.
Allowing the shoulders to drop even more.
Down the arms.
Noticing any tingles in your hands.
Any atoms moving,
Playing.
And then moving down the chest,
The heart.
Sending some love,
Gratitude to yourself for being here.
Showing up for yourself.
Filling up your cup with all the love you give out to the world.
Maybe even placing your hands on your heart.
Moving your awareness down the body,
Releasing the core,
The hips.
Moving down the legs,
Out the weary feet.
Noticing those sensations arise.
Knowing that whatever you feel is healing,
Cleansing,
Circulating.
And allowing your mind's eye to expand your beautiful imagination,
Your favorite place in nature.
The most sacred place in nature that you find to be so peaceful and grounding.
As you allow this to expand in your awareness,
Notice the smells that arise.
The temperature,
It's the perfect temperature for you,
Or if it's not,
You may adjust it.
You're gonna feel the breeze in your face,
Really seeing the vivid colors of all the beautiful parts of nature.
As you begin to walk,
You notice that each step takes you deeper into relaxation and you feel a pull of your intuition to bring you deeper,
Deeper into the forest of enchantment,
The enchantment of your inner child.
As you walk this path,
You can see your inner child beside you.
Maybe you'd like to hold their hand as you walk through the path,
Hearing any beautiful sounds.
What does your inner child have to say to you?
So wise.
Moving deeper,
Noticing any twigs beneath your feet,
Any crunches of sounds or leaves.
And as you're walking,
Moving deeper in your favorite spot in nature,
You notice along the left-hand side of this path that there's a little trail into the depths of the woods.
And you see a sparkling glow from within.
Your intuition just knows you and your inner child must adventure to this place.
As you move closer and closer,
You can feel the energy of this glow,
Almost like a zzzt through your body.
And you move to it closer and you realize that it's a beautiful deep pond,
Crystal clear.
It looks so inviting,
So radiating,
And it's reflecting a rainbow on it.
As you look up in the sky,
You notice that the Northern Lights are dancing in the form of a rainbow.
And you look back down,
Even your inner child look into each other's eyes and you notice the purity of this pond.
So you both dip your toes in a little bit and you can feel any energy that was not yours anymore melt away as if this pond is pure regeneration of skin,
Cells,
And all of the chakras.
So you move into this pond a little bit deeper and you start to swim in it,
Both you and your inner child.
And it's the perfect height for you.
You can even walk in it easily if you want it.
Knowing that this pool is cleansing and releasing so much unneeded energy,
Believing in that now.
And you realize there's this beautiful throne in the center just for you at the perfect height where you can just sit with the water cleansing almost all the way up to your lips.
And so you sit in it and you can feel the energy of this throne.
It's made of pure amethyst and it's soaking up and grounding your energy deep into the crystalline core of the earth.
Mmm,
So good as your inner child sits in their own throne so perfectly connected to yours.
As you sit here taking a nice deep breath and noticing that the pond is here to clear and release all of your chakras,
Making them perfectly balanced and aligned just for you and your inner child.
So secluded and perfect.
And the throne starts to turn a red color as you feel the tip of your tailbone circulating,
Rotating and evolving,
Moving and you can feel the grounding energy,
The safetiness.
How safe you feel,
How rooted you feel.
And you look as you and your inner child are holding hands and you repeat to each other.
I give myself permission to feel safe.
I give myself permission to ground my energy deeper into the earth.
I give myself permission to radiate stability.
As you notice you and your inner child's lower areas of the body are illuminating in a beautiful red color.
However you see this energy move is perfect.
As you use your breath to blow away any cobwebs that you may see in this area of your body.
Should you allow the water to take it,
Any old energy,
Any mucky energy as you notice that the throne now starts to change to a beautiful orange color and you can feel the area right beneath your belly button and your sexual organs glowing in this orange radiant energy circulating,
Clearing,
Moving.
And you and your inner child breathe into this area and look at each other and say,
I give myself permission to explore the creative side of my inner child.
I give myself permission to be emotionally balanced and set boundaries.
I radiate and aligned sensual energy and you breathe allowing this beautiful pond to clear away any stuckness,
Allowing it to melt and renew,
Regenerate in this pool,
This fountain of youth.
And moving up and seeing the throne change to the color yellow,
Moving in between the rib cage,
Feeling,
Seeing,
Imagining this beautiful ball of energy right between the rib cage,
Moving in this portion,
This area of your body,
Clearing out,
Releasing any unneeded energy as you and your inner child look to each other and say to yourself,
I give myself permission to step into courageous acts.
I give myself permission to be confidently humble.
I radiate the bounciness of confidence and energy as you allow the pond to do its good work.
Moving up to the heart center as the throne turns green and you and your inner child's heart activates,
Both of you so excited,
You look into each other's eyes as you feel this green energy circulating,
Rotating,
Moving within your heart,
Within your chest,
Along your arms,
Your hands,
And you repeat to each other,
I give myself permission to allow unconditional love into my life.
I give myself permission to create with love.
I radiate with gratitude for my body,
A body that helps me to automatically do things sometimes I don't even think about,
Like breathe,
Even if I've hated my body,
I still can love that it's given me so many opportunities,
Ones that I wouldn't have if I didn't have a human body.
As you breathe,
You see the pond clearing away any guilt,
Any grief,
Any indecision melting away from you,
Clearing alongside the edge,
Taking a nice deep breath into the heart center,
Your hands perhaps moving on your heart,
Still on your heart,
Feeling,
Setting an intention to yourself for something you'd like to bring in today that will fuel your heart,
Fuel your inner child,
Moving your attention,
Awareness,
And breath up to your neck.
As the throne turns blue,
Your neck,
Throat,
Sinuses begin to rotate brighter and brighter and bluer as the pond takes away any mucky energy.
You look right at your inner child.
You say,
I give myself permission to speak my truth.
I give myself permission to be pure with my words.
I radiate communicating my needs in healthy ways,
Noticing any releases as you move your attention up and noticing that the top of the throne,
As it turns an indigo color,
Has a little fountain,
A little shower on the top of it that perfectly cools down your head,
Down your forehead,
As you activate your third eye,
The area right between your eyebrows and the pond and the throne begin to turn an indigo,
Clearing away any stuck energy as you breathe and bring your awareness into any areas,
Releasing any tension.
Your intuition becomes clearer as you look into the eyes of your inner child and say to yourself,
I give myself permission to have clear intuitive vision.
I give myself permission to embrace the imaginative aspect of my nature.
I radiate the balance between abstraction and logistics as you can feel a radiating between your eyebrows,
Brightening,
Lightening,
Clearing,
So pure,
Moving your awareness up to the top of your head,
Noticing that the fountain that was pouring on your head grew into a beautiful lotus flower.
Maybe you see either purple or white,
Whichever is perfect,
And it's rotating,
Circulating above your head.
As you see a beautiful white portal shoot up,
Connecting you and your inner child with clear intuition,
Knowing that you have a higher purpose in this life and your inner child knew that too,
Any dreams,
Thoughts,
Knowledge of the inner child,
Allow that to come through now as it washes over you.
You can see in the pond,
The reflections in the sky,
The reflections in the pond,
All the colors are moving from the front of you to the back of you,
To the right of you,
To the left of you,
Above you and below you.
As this energy flows in between like the snake,
You're whole,
You are healthy,
You are complete,
You are safe to be the purest of yourself.
And now the throne begins to lift up and almost vibrate,
Like a dog getting all of the water out of his body just vibrating and vibrating,
Vibrating,
And you feel this activation of your inner child,
Your pure imagination,
Your playfulness,
Your fun,
Your happiness,
Your gratitude for the littlest things in the world.
And the throne moves you back,
Back to the earth as you feel so much lighter,
Refreshed,
Invigorated,
And you begin to walk back into your body,
Back into the here and the now.
On the count of five,
Feeling more and more into your body,
Knowing that everything today was for the youth of your soul,
For moving more and more feeling into your fingers and your toes.
Three,
Beginning to take that stretch,
That roll of the shoulders.
Two,
Eyes and eyelids beginning to open,
And one,
The eyelids open wide awake.
