Bringing in grounding, awareness, and compassion with the help of your ancestors, spirit guides, and truth through universal consciousness. Hello and welcome to today's heart activation guided meditation.

Thank you so much for being here.

My name is Lauren Bruno,

And I'm a spiritual empowerment coach that helps souls release guilt pain or shame from their minds and their bodies in order to empower magnifying genuine love from within.

So in order to get started,

Feel free to wiggle out any wiggles.

Start to roll your shoulders.

Take a nice seat or lie down,

Whichever you prefer.

But if you're sitting,

Allow your feet to fall flat on the floor.

Allow your spine to be nice and straight,

Your chest nice and proud.

And take a nice cleansing,

Beautiful deep breath through the nose,

Filling up the belly,

Really holding that beautiful life force in the belly.

Feel how cleansing and calming it is.

Feel the vibrational match you're about to bring in today and release out the mouth audibly.

Feeling that beautiful fire come out from within.

And again,

Taking a nice cleansing,

Cooling breath through the nose.

As you feel yourself sink deeper in the surface beneath you.

Bringing some beautiful intentions today for what we seek for ourselves,

Our friends and the planet.

Holding that in and releasing.

And one more deep cleansing breath.

Feeling the coolness.

Start to imagine your favorite star galaxy in the sky and imagine a beautiful golden energy circulating,

Rotating and vibrating from all of the light source,

Your spirit guides,

Your ancestors,

Bringing golden nuggets of wisdom through cleansing and releasing your inner and outer body.

As you breathe this intention in,

Release it.

Feel the golden energy move and relax every muscle,

Every fiber from the top of your head.

Going down your forehead cleansing and clearing the third eye.

Feeling this beautiful energy circulate every molecule,

Every atom down the temple around the eyes,

Behind the eyes.

As your body melts into gravity,

This energy so cleansing,

So healing is releasing the jaw,

Releasing any tension or just noticing the sensation that arises.

Breathing into it and letting it go.

As your breath flows to the natural state,

If your thoughts come and go,

Bringing your attention and intention back to the breath.

And feeling,

Imagining that golden energy moving down the neck,

Relaxing and releasing the shoulders,

Moving down more,

Down deeper in the arms and hands.

You may notice any tingling sensations or warmth or numbness.

Just know that anything you feel is healing,

Is cleansing,

Is clearing and bringing that beautiful energy,

Circulating energy down into the heart.

So cleansing and calming,

Activating your beautiful,

Compassionate heart.

Send some gratitude to the heart for being here with all the other beautiful souls around the planet.

Now,

Imagine that golden energy moving down the core,

Releasing any tension in the hips,

Moving the awareness down,

Releasing the tension down the legs,

The knees,

The calves,

Into the weary feet,

Really feeling the sensation,

Feeling the movements of your chest rising and falling,

Your heart beating.

Maybe your eyes have a light flicker as this beautiful golden energy circulates within and around your emotional body,

Your mental body,

Your physical body and your spiritual body.

And this is cleansing and clearing,

Every chakra,

All the way from the tip of the head to the tailbone.

And this energy moves down through the tailbone and the feet,

Allowing golden roots to anchor,

Air deep down into the crystalline core of the earth,

Moving through all of the dirt,

All of the rocks,

Deeper now,

Deeper into relaxation,

Into safety,

Comfort,

Warmth,

Feeling the grounding energy of the rocks as the golden energy moves back up from the crystalline core of the earth,

Back up into your body,

All the way up through from the tip of your toes,

Up your core,

Up your shoulders and neck,

Face,

Head,

And out to the sky.

This golden energy starts to make an infinity symbol all the way from the stars,

From your soul tribe,

Through your body,

Making an X right through the heart and down into the core of the earth.

You're doing amazing.

Moving back your awareness right back into the heart.

And you can imagine that this golden energy shoots out now,

Sending its love,

Attention and intention to all the others now in the future listening to this in the past and now knowing that this multi-dimensional reality is all occurring within us,

Breathing that in and creating sacred geometry,

Braiding the golden web of clarity to ourselves and all the other beautiful souls that surround us,

This golden energy shooting up and taking hold of future you.

Now really imagine this now,

A goal,

An event,

An experience of you in the future.

Maybe you can smell your surroundings,

Maybe you can see very vivid color,

Maybe you hear people around or any animals.

What do you wish to seek for yourself?

And as you're here right now,

Really feel this golden energy,

This sacred geometry occurring and imagine anything that you're ready to let go of.

You take out and you burn it in the violet flame.

Really feel yourself here.

What do you wish to seek for yourself?

Maybe you can imagine yourself smiling and laughing as you live in it,

As you feel into it.

This beautiful future that is now,

Allow it to envelope your clarity even brighter.

This beautiful you,

So strong and proud.

Breathe this and really be here.

Beautiful.

Now coming back to the golden energy in whichever shapes or forms you see it,

But know it's coming from heart centered awareness.

Envision a world for the other people close to you,

Living their most happy and abundant lives.

Seeing them laughing and healthy and safe.

Breathe this in,

Sit with it.

Beautiful.

Now with that beautiful golden heart centered awareness,

Start to bring into your mind someone that maybe you lost friendship with,

Maybe you feel a little anger towards.

Really imagine this golden energy shooting out and showing the best possible outcome,

The kindest extent that you can bring towards this person,

Allowing them to live.

What do you see?

How does this feel?

What comes up for you?

Allow yourself to feel it as you imagine this person finding happiness.

Beautiful.

Now bringing that golden energy back,

Feeling the anchor below,

The rise above.

Imagine the ultimate planet you wish to live on,

So lush,

So plentiful,

So abundant and vibrant.

Let this new earth smile in your mind,

Feeling yourself in gratitude for all that is provided and will continue to provide.

Send some of that beautiful golden energy from your heart,

From the sacred geometry of others,

Send it down to the planet,

Raising the earth's vibration,

Raising the frequency with your intention.

Breathe into that,

Imagine that through your hands,

Through your higher self.

As you look at the planet,

As you look at the universe and send so much love and gratitude for being here right now doing this practice,

For caring and for activating your heart centered awareness of what you're ready to bring in to your world,

To others' worlds and to the world of new earth.

Start to come back into the body,

We're going to count from five to one,

On the count of one feeling more and more in your body,

Either ready to go take a nice peaceful rest or wake up and finish your day with a vibrancy that radiates.

On the count of five,

Really feeling that golden energy,

Knowing that you cleared and brought in your next goal,

Your highest timeline,

Knowing that any symbolism that came through is sacred and should be honored,

Knowing that more information may come as you process and integrate with breath,

And four,

Starting to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Coming back into the body more and more,

Three,

Starting to feel your energy coming back into the here and the now,

Really feeling back into the body,

Four,

Feeling more and more vibrant,

Taking with you all of the beautiful soul energy,

Knowing that you're magnetizing that love of like-minded vibrations,

The more you integrate,

And one,

Coming back fully aware,

Fully present,

Eyelids and eyes open and wide awake.
