Spider Woman is a Navajo Story of a woman who protected her tribe. She was a healer and had many proactive ideas of the enlightenment. The Spider Woman knew that all energy was connected and that through weaving together our consciousness into the Earth we would understand a bigger picture. Which is why I’m soul excited to share this 11-minute simple Spider Women Guided Meditation to release and cleanse today.

This meditation is intended to allow you to release,

Let go,

And surrender to a higher knowing,

A higher purpose.

With your true energetic blueprint,

Your true energy.

Allowing the rain to be a guide.

Imagine yourself walking in the rain.

It's the perfect temperature out.

The rain is just perfect.

You can feel the cleansing of your skin,

Your mind,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions.

You can smell the earth,

The grass,

The woods,

So fresh.

As you're walking,

You hear the thunder.

Take a deep breath into that thunder,

Into your belly.

Feel the prana,

The life force within your belly.

Holding it,

Embracing it,

Sending gratitude to it,

And releasing.

As you're walking further,

With every step you take,

You go deeper into the presence,

The awareness of the now.

You can see your breath,

Clear energy coming in through the nose,

Fueling you,

Providing.

And all the darkness,

All the mucky energy that was within releasing,

Coming out almost like a fog.

Imagine this for a couple breaths now,

The cool cleansing air coming in,

And that stale energy moving out.

As soon as your mind moves away,

Allow the water to cleanse it back.

To the now.

As you're walking further,

Coming back to your home,

Beautiful,

Mystical home.

It looks both sacred and safe to you.

As you come upon this home,

Dry yourself off by the fire.

You go back outside on the porch with a cup of tea,

Or warm liquid.

And you see a little spider hanging from the side of your house.

You take a good look at this beautiful spider,

This mystical being,

Very feminine in nature,

Intrinsically mysterious.

This spider creating a web.

You can see its reflections against the light,

The little driplets of water reflecting.

And you realize there's so much more to this spider,

The energy,

The presence that it has.

It's almost like a guide.

You notice there's colors being woven into this web.

So many different colors and patterns,

Geometric patterns,

Symbols of enlightenment.

You breathe into this.

You really send so much love to this little spider friend.

Because this web is connecting to your own aura,

You can feel the intrinsic integration of purity,

Thought forms becoming clearer,

More alive,

Creative flow moving through your inner child.

Past lives coming into your remembrance now,

Parallel lives,

Future lives,

Whatever your subconscious is ready to see,

Pulling in from the quantum,

That beautiful essence of your mind.

This beautiful spider woman finishes the web.

You send a little nod to this creature,

Maybe even hear music through.

And even if the rain destroys this web,

You know it can rebuild,

Renew this weave of clarity,

This web of knowledge,

Wisdom.

You allow it to rebuild.

You allow it to break down and lead to a breakthrough.

You feel so amazing witnessing these symbols,

This spider woman's presence within you,

Within your love for Gaia,

Our Mother Earth,

With all of its wisdom,

Reverting back to nature and breathing into your heart and printing that web in your heart,

Allowing it to circulate,

Sending love from it to the beautiful earth.

So playful.

You can take one last sip of that warm drink.

Allowing it to cleanse through you,

Warm you,

Ground you,

Comfort you.

Allowing these subconscious seeds to be planted and rebirth.

Then come back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Taking a nice stretch.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Stretching,

Rolling,

Opening your eyelids and eyes,

And coming back feeling refreshed,

Cleansed,

And renewed.

Take care my wonderful friend.
