Perhaps a conversation or a meal.
Don't search for it,
Just let it arrive.
Take one more sip.
Notice the texture of the drink on your tongue.
As if you are tasting it properly,
For the first time.
Hold your cup a little longer.
Feel the warmth in your hands.
Notice the sounds around you.
The feeling of your feet on the floor.
The weight of your body.
Deep.
