Transcript

Take a moment to settle in,

Place your blankets over your body,

Your pillow under your knees,

Comfortably laying in your bed and take a slow inhale,

Pause,

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Inhale deeply,

Pause,

Exhale,

Open your mouth,

Slow and steady inhale,

Open your mouth,

Release.

Allow the body to settle in,

Bringing attention to the crown of your head and down to the skin around your eyes,

The cheekbones and the jaws,

The neck relaxes and the shoulders,

The upper back and the chest,

The upper abdomen and the middle back,

Release.

The lower belly and the lower back soften,

Outer hips release,

Inner thighs let go,

Backs of the knees,

The ankles melt into the bed and the feet splay out,

The arms,

The upper arms let go of any activation,

The inside of the elbows and the lower arms,

The wrists and the fingers let go.

Breathing into the body as you receive Reiki,

Just allowing,

Continuing to let your body melt into the mat while you breathe in and out.

Reiki is flowing through your body,

Bringing you whatever type of healing your body needs and releasing what no longer serves you,

Bringing in healing,

Abundance,

Prosperity,

Joy,

Health and releasing any fears,

Any doubts,

Any worries,

Any limitations,

Any judgments,

Any shame,

Any lack,

Traumas,

Placing it back to the earth for it to be renewed,

Recycled,

Not having to do anything here but let go and allow.

The body and Reiki knows exactly what to do to heal itself so it's just stepping out of the way for that natural healing process to happen.

Taking your breath slowly in and out through the mouth,

Releasing all that no longer serves you.

I feel safe in my body,

I am healthy,

I am peaceful,

I feel safe in my body,

I am healthy,

I am peaceful,

I feel safe in my body,

I am healthy,

I am peaceful.

Letting go with every breath and receiving the Reiki healing with your inhale,

Receiving with your inhale and letting go with your exhale.

Slowly bring yourself back to your space.

You can wiggle the fingers and toes,

Blink the eyes open if you'd like.

Take a big inhale,

Open your mouth,

Let it go.

Place one hand on your heart,

The other on your belly.

Inhale fully,

Exhale completely.

One more inhale and let it go.

That completes your Yoga Nidra Reiki healing meditation.
