Heavenly Banquet Hall. Begin to settle into your space. Make yourself nice and cozy. Have a blanket nearby. Place a pillow underneath your knees. Take a deep slow breath in. Exhale, Let it go. Take another sweet inhale and exhale, Release. One more cleansing breath in and exhale, Let it go. The Heavenly Banquet Hall exists high in the heavens. It is a place of spiritual nourishment. We are now rising up to the Heavenly Banquet Hall high in the heavens and we are now sitting around a large round banquet table. As you look up there are beautiful stained-glass windows and through one of the windows you notice a very special kind of light that is shining through and into your eyes. This light enters your soul. The light is guiding you. Follow the light and allow it to guide you. Whenever you are guided to do so, Take a few deep breaths. Bring your awareness back to your eyes.
