This Self Acceptance Guided Meditation Booster session is aimed at people who want to feel truly confident in themselves. Self-acceptance goes beyond tolerating the way you view yourself. It is accepting your behaviour, attitude and lifestyle warts and all and working towards making any desired changes. It includes accepting your body, protecting yourself against harsh criticism and believing in your capabilities. Practicing self-acceptance helps you to realise your qualities, both bad and good, and ease any feelings of guilt and unhappiness. This audio will help you accept who you are and set yourself up for inner happiness and self-love for the future. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to helping you boost your self acceptance and self worth once and for all.

Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruption where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably with your legs uncrossed and your head fully supported.

You can allow your eyes to close gently as you take in a long slow deep breath.

Exhaling your lower and upper lungs as you allow yourself to exhale slowly and purposefully.

I'd like you to clear your mind now of any thoughts allowing yourself to just be still.

To be present.

To be in this moment.

Find the stillness.

The calmness clearing your mind.

Listening only to the sound of my voice.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Nothing is needed of you or from you.

There's nowhere else you would rather be than right here.

Right now.

Looking forward to what's to come.

And when your mind has cleared and all around you is silent.

You can totally relax.

And release for the healing journey ahead.

I accept who I am.

My strengths and my weaknesses.

I am kind to myself.

Because no one is perfect.

I love myself more and more.

Recognising that I have many great qualities.

I love the person I am and the person I am becoming.

I accept myself with love,

Respect and appreciation.

I deserve to achieve what I desire.

As I think positively more and more each day.

I'm proud of who I am.

Free from negative self-talk and doubt.

My self-esteem and confidence grows each day.

As I feel good about myself and the decisions I make.

I'm capable of doing anything I set my mind to.

As I focus on my strengths.

I like who I see in the mirror.

Feeling good within my own skin.

Being my authentic self.

I am beautiful from the inside out.

As I am fiercely capable.

I breathe in confidence and breathe out fear.

I accept myself more and more each day.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind.

And they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation.
