This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
Find a comfortable place where you have limited interruptions.
Now I want you to take a long breath in,
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four.
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
And I want you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach,
Maybe it's a tropical beach on a beautiful island or a shore or a coastal beach that brings back positive childhood memories or perhaps it's a beach with fond memories that you created with friends families or loved ones.
Wherever it may be you love it here,
It's your special place.
And as you walk along the beach you can feel the water rushing onto the shore,
Covering your feet and then washing out to sea again,
Bringing with it a feeling of relaxation that washes over you.
The sun is warm and inviting.
As you turn your face towards the sky,
The warmth on your face feels so calming and soothing.
Nothing is needed of you here.
This time is just for you.
Time to put yourself first.
On your beach you can relax and let go as you take this time to recharge and unwind.
There's a gentle breeze caressing your face,
Helping you to feel cool and calm in your special place.
You listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves washing in and washing out.
You feel calmness washing over you.
The sea relaxes you with its rhythmic movements,
Washing in calmness and relaxation and washing out worries,
Anxieties and tension.
You notice more sounds around you.
Perhaps you can hear birds flying above you in the sky.
Maybe you can hear coconuts falling from a tree behind you or fish splashing in the sea.
You love these sounds as they help soothe you,
Making you feel more relaxed,
More at peace,
Helping you to relax your mind and body.
You notice a hammock in the distance,
Barely swaying in the breeze beneath a palm tree.
You walk over to the hammock,
Wanting to take a little rest.
You gently crawl in and lay down,
Letting the hammock cradle you in the shade and you close your eyes as the hammock swings from side to side,
Mesmerizing and soothing you into a deep state of relaxation.
Each time the hammock swings you feel more and more relaxed,
Like its rhythm is releasing tension,
Bringing tranquility and calmness.
In a moment the hammock is going to sway three times,
And each time it sways you will triple your relaxation,
Starting now,
Three,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Two,
Releasing any tension,
Feeling yourself sinking deeper into the hammock,
And one,
Your relaxation has tripled.
You now feel total calmness throughout your mind and body.
I'm going to give you a minute now to enjoy this time.
The breeze on your face,
Your hammock gently swaying,
Relaxing more and more.
Enjoy the quietness as you sink down into the hammock,
Listening to the ocean washing into the shore,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you,
But you no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
Now that you're in a deeply relaxed state,
It's time to clear your thoughts,
To focus on the here and now,
And to make space for new positive changes.
It's time now to clear the clutter in your life.
There may be a reason you held on to items,
Perhaps insecurity or sentimental feelings attached to items,
But no matter what the reason,
You now make the decision to let these items go.
You know that it's easy for items to keep on piling up until a whole heap has accumulated,
Gathering dust.
Perhaps the thought of sorting everything out made your heart sink.
It may have seemed like there was always so much to do,
So much to sort,
So it was easier to leave things as they were.
Maybe each item became so dear to you that it was as though you couldn't bear to throw anything out.
Whatever your reasons for holding on to clutter,
You realise now it's time to let go.
You have most likely tried to be tidy,
But found it hard as there's simply no place to store all the items that are now cluttering your home.
Don't you realise now that there are so many items that you just don't need or want and you are not a materialistic person.
You can easily live without so much of what you have in your home.
You're tired of the overwhelm and frustration and you're ready to make that change.
Now is the time to be free.
I'd like you now to imagine looking at the rooms in your home.
Take a look around with fresh eyes.
Notice just how cluttered,
Full and messy each room is.
Notice how heavy you feel.
Imagine now that you're being weighed down.
Weighed heavily down by each of these items like a heavy weighted blanket on top of you.
You have to drag your feet around to take a step to the next room as you feel so heavy now.
Your shoulders are weighed down and your arms totally restricted.
As you notice more and more items around you,
You feel the weight of the blanket getting heavier and heavier.
You have had enough.
I'd like you now to take a deep breath and imagine a powerful,
Cleansing light beginning to shine from within you.
This powerful light represents your intention to declutter and simplify your life.
As the light grows brighter,
It starts to dissolve the clutter around you and one by one the unnecessary items disappear,
Leaving only what's essential and meaningful to you.
Each time an item disappears,
You feel lighter and lighter,
Brighter and brighter.
You feel the heavy blanket slipping from your shoulders.
As you can move your arms now,
Your shoulders free from the weight that has been resting on them.
Finally you can step lightly and swiftly as the powerful cleansing light works its way through your home.
Visualize yourself going through each area of your life,
Your home,
Your workspace,
Your relationships,
Your mind.
Perhaps there are items all over the floor,
Piled at the back of cupboards,
Hanging off furniture and fact is everywhere you look.
You really don't need it.
You really don't want it,
So right now you make a decision to get rid of anything you don't actually need.
You're excited to make this change now.
See yourself letting go of what you no longer need.
See yourself organizing your space,
Creating order and harmony.
Feel the sense of freedom and relief that comes with releasing the clutter.
Anything that you haven't used for two years goes onto one of the piles.
When you look at the things that you're sorting you ask yourself,
Do I really need this?
Do I really want it?
Do I even like it?
Does it make me happy?
And when you finish sorting through your clothes,
Old souvenirs,
Pictures,
Books,
Anything else you can see,
You take another look around.
There's a place for everything and everything goes in its place.
Keep,
Donate to charity,
Recycle,
Throw out or sell.
You feel that enormous weight lifting from your shoulders as you become lighter and lighter the more you declutter.
And after a while you begin to see space instead of clutter.
You're freeing yourself from the mess,
Feeling more and more in control.
It feels so good to live in an uncluttered environment.
You begin to appreciate what you have so much more and you feel so happy that you've made the decision to clear out your space.
You're excited to keep going,
Perhaps doing it straight away or maybe choosing to clear out one room a week but you don't stop until the whole house or space is cleared of any unwanted clutter.
You're excited to get going on this new way of thinking and living and you're so surprised at the difference in the way you feel.
From now on,
You prefer to be free.
It could be that sometimes you may see something you like and you think to yourself,
Shall I buy it or not,
But from now on you no longer impulse buy,
Preferring to save your money and live an uncluttered life.
And you find that more often than not,
You forget what it was that you were going to buy,
A good indication that you really didn't want it or need it.
Notice how you feel now,
Proud of yourself,
Excited to live this new liberated way of life,
Bringing you positive energy as you let go of the old and make room for the new.
And in a moment,
I'm going to count from 1 to 5 to awaken you.
And at the count of 5 you'll be wide awake,
Fully refreshed,
Alert and feeling fantastic.
Bringing back with you all the wonderful new feelings.
