According to Joe Dispenza and Dr.
Bruce Lipton,
We have been programmed up until the age of seven or eight,
But we can reprogram and reframe.
This is not woo-woo,
This is science.
You see we have neural receptors and we have neurotransmitters.
Neural receptors are like the receiver of a text message and a neurotransmitter is the giver and sometimes the designer of that text message.
And that's what's programmed.
It will repeat the same message and relay this information over and over again and therefore the receptor will receive the same message as follows over and over again.
So it's crucial for us to reframe and retrain.
I invite you to forget about silent meditation.
Just forget that for now.
And let's work on reprogramming and reframing and restructuring our neurotransmitters,
Which in turn will reprogram your neural receptors.
This will create a new reality in your life.
It will create a new blueprint,
Backdrop,
A canvas.
And so let's start with positive words,
Positive music,
And if you're watching the video format,
Positive.
That's right,
Images.
So let's begin.
I am an amazing person.
You are an amazing person.
I am amusing,
Amazing,
Agreeable.
You are agreeable and amazing and amusing.
I am calm.
I am excited.
I am excellent.
You are calm,
Exciting,
And excellent.
I am authentic,
Astonishing,
And cheerful.
You are authentic,
Astonishing,
And cheerful.
I am empathetic,
Jubilant,
And terrific.
You are terrific,
Jubilant.
You are all of these things.
I am all of these things,
These attributes.
I claim them as my own.
I am confident.
I am is a powerful word.
I am is sometimes attributed to I am God.
I am source.
I am the all-knowing being.
I am confident.
I am courteous.
I am faithful.
I am hopeful.
I am honorable.
I am honest.
I am happy.
I am gracious.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
I am overjoyed and passionate.
I am peaceful and positive.
And yet I am also reliable and respectable and responsible.
I am worthy of your love.
I am worthy of your respect.
I am worthy of your loving nature.
I am worthy of your energy.
I am worthy of enjoying your happiness.
I am dedicated.
I am delightful.
I am good.
I am good.
I am good.
I am glad.
I am incredible.
I am incredible.
I am proud.
I am positive.
There are moments when I honor that I can be sad,
That I can be uncomfortable,
That I can be mad.
I can feel unpleasantry.
I honor these emotions as they resurface from my past,
Inviting me to heal,
Recognize,
Observe,
Or presenting a new path,
A navigational tool of sorts.
Because I am smart.
I am keen.
I am intelligent.
I am intuitive.
I listen to my intuition.
I am my own guide.
I am my own guru.
I'm just great.
I'm elated.
I'm overjoyed.
And I'm also noble.
I'm worthy.
I'm virtuous.
I'm trustworthy.
I'm likable.
I'm a likable person.
I am.
You may not like me,
But that doesn't mean I'm not likable.
I am.
I'm friendly.
I'm fun.
I'm genuine.
I'm dynamic.
I'm shy.
I'm reserved.
I enjoy my alone time.
And I am okay with that.
I appreciate myself.
I amuse myself.
I admire myself.
I love myself.
I love myself.
I do.
And if this is hard to absorb,
You're saying,
No,
You don't love yourself.
No,
You don't think that you're admirable.
Your brain doesn't know that.
They have done studies where they've taken two groups.
One group watched exercise.
The other did exercise.
The group that only watched exercise actually lost 30% of their body mass because their brain didn't know the difference.
So we can trick our brains.
We can trick our brains into thinking that we're not amazing.
And we can trick our brains into thinking we are amazing.
Because you are amazing.
You are dynamic.
You are great.
You are hopeful.
You are humorous.
You're incredible.
You're fabulous.
You're fantastic.
And you're very fortunate.
I'm wonderful.
I'm lovely.
I'm lively.
I'm lucky.
I'm lucky.
I'm grateful.
And I'm gracious.
And I am devoted to me.
I am empathic for myself.
I am extraordinary.
I have faith for myself.
I am worthy.
