This one hour dynamic meditation guides you through a powerful process of facing your shadow. You are invited to physically or imaginatively engage with the parts of yourself you have spent your life running from. The journey takes you through three primal responses: running, fighting, and freezing. Each is fully expressed and fully exhausted. When none of them work, you are invited to turn around, face your shadow, and dance with it. Through movement, music, and embrace, you rebuild a relationship with the parts of yourself you once feared. This process is repeated twice, allowing you to work with two shadow aspects in a single session. The meditation closes by guiding you to feel the spark of creation within your heart and recognize that everything, including your shadow, already exists within you.
