My name is Sarah and I want to thank you for joining me on this short 5 minute guided meditation I want you to start off by taking some deep inhales in and out Making the exhalation longer than the inhalation Shrugging your shoulders up to your ears and down your back Moving your jaw from side to side as that's where we hold the most of our tension Get into a comfortable seated position or laying down whatever is the most comfortable for you Gently close your eyes Start taking your deep inhales in and out There is no wrong way of breathing Whenever your mind starts to wander,
Just come back to the breath Imagine you are in this bubble,
A clear bubble that surrounds you Every time you inhale and exhale,
The bubble gets stronger Every time you exhale,
You blow off any negative thoughts,
Negative energy Remembering to breathe The bubble is your safe space No one can touch you here,
No one can bother you here Keep breathing Imagine on every exhalation all your worries and troubles,
Your anxiety and stress are being released on every exhale Breathing in and out Breathing in and out Wherever you're doing this meditation,
Just remember that you are in a safe spot,
No one is judging you,
