Welcome.
Find yourself a comfortable place to either sit or lie down.
And take a few moments to settle in,
Settle down,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften the shoulders and the glutes,
Allowing yourself to melt into the support beneath you.
Take a moment and close your eyes.
Taking a few conscious breaths to steady you in this present moment.
Now as you arrive and ground in this moment,
Think about your intention for taking this time to do this meditation.
What is it that resonated with you in the title of this meditation?
Is there a physical illness that you've been going through?
Or perhaps an emotional healing path that you are on?
Whatever it is,
Bring it to mind now and set a clear intention to gain whatever it is that your body,
Mind and soul need in this given moment.
The idea is that every physical ailment that we experience may be rooted in the emotional and the subconscious selves.
As we explore the healing affirmations,
Allow each affirmation to sink deep into yourselves.
Allow each word to resonate on a deeper level and provide the healing words needed the most.
You can either listen and allow the affirmations to envelop you,
Or you can listen and repeat each affirmation either silently or out loud.
Let's begin.
I love and I prove of myself.
It is safe for me to care for myself.
I trust the process of life.
I am safe.
I release the past.
I am free to move forward with love in my heart.
I calm my thoughts and I am serene.
I am noticed and appreciated in the most positive ways.
I am loved.

They are free and I am free.
All is well in my heart now.
I digest life with ease.
I open my heart and sing the joys of love.
I express myself freely.
I speak up for myself with ease.
I express my creativity.
I am willing to change.
I am centered,
Calm,
And balanced.
I trust the universe to guide me on my path.
I trust my highest self.

Taking a few deep breaths and allowing the affirmations to sink deep into your subconscious,
Reprogramming the mind and allowing the body to heal itself.
You are welcome to stay in this deep state as long as you like.
Whenever you are ready,
Slowly start to come back to the consciousness,
Feeling your body being supported by the floor or whatever you are resting upon.
Start to feel your feet,
Your hands,
Your toes,
Your fingertips.
Allow the eyes to slowly blink a few times before returning back and resuming your day.
