
Raising Your Frequency With Gratitude

The Attitude of Gratitude is such a magical instrument and if you know how to fully activate your frequency with the simplicity of being thankful: WOOOW!!! a lot of doors are opening, especially your own to feel more happy, satisfied, and joyful in your daily life. Hello beautiful soul.
Today we will increase our frequency.
Invite to be thankful.
Invite the bliss,
The joy,
The love and everything to increase your gratitude.
The attitude of gratitude.
I checked the frequencies.
Because like there are different frequencies all around the globe.
The frequency of the earth is 24.
7.
So if you have pain your frequency is 0.
1 to 2.
If you have tension it can be from 0.
9 to 6.
8.
And then there are special places all around the globe where the frequency is really really low.
For example mostly in hospitals,
In prison or in places where you don't feel so attracted.
But it also depends your energy.
Because sometimes there is something for you where you need to go through and then you really need to go to the hospital.
And there is something where you will learn and also like holding your own frequency or learning about your own frequency and to raise it again.
And to raise it,
So to come back the earth has the frequency of 24.
7 and if we raise our frequency what we will do today.
And it's about the gratitude.
Gratitude already has 150 heart.
So that's already amazing.
And if you are really kind to someone it's 95.
But the gratitude and being thankful 150 I feel is so much.
Compassion has the same 150 hearts.
And love to show someone to take care the same 150 or even more.
Unconditional love.
I don't want to say unconditional because I feel it's still some kind of condition.
So just the love.
And love is unendless.
I mean if we fully tune into this high frequency it can be even above 205 heart.
So I hope the study is right what I found.
Another point what was really really interesting.
Like if we nurture our body with good and healthy food then this already has high frequency.
If it's organic.
If somebody already was growing it and putting the water with love and talking to the plant.
Hi Mike.
And also if you pray.
Prayers they have 120 to 350 hearts of the frequency.
So this was just an example to show you like how the frequency if we measure it.
And there are different tools today to measure them.
And I feel it's so powerful.
It has so much magic and yeah it's a profound wisdom.
And sometimes if we lower our energy or we are in pain or we are negative spirals or something is influencing us too much then just come back.
Inhale and hold your own gratitude inside.
And to establish this a bit more we have this meditation today.
And I invite you to make it super comfy and you can even lay down today or stay seated.
Or even walk around in your room and just listen.
Today it's more joyful as well.
And oh and even if you get the feeling you want to express your gratitude then I invite you to get a pencil and write it down.
Maybe you want to paint in between or you want to channel something cause you are exploring this full abundance of joy and bliss and I'm so grateful for right now for this moment.
So sometimes it's good to directly channel it or like paint it or even if you have a music instrument and you just want to play as well.
Like any kind of expression is amazing.

Which feelings will come up when we dive into it.
Are you ready?
Find a comfortable pose.
Take a long inhale and close your eyes if you feel it.
With the exhale drop in where you are right now.
And to drop deeper into the present now and prepare yourself.
I invite you to even roll the shoulders today.
Inhale shoulders up to the ears.
Any stuck energy just feel it.
Hold the shoulders,
Hold the breath as long as it feels comfortable.
Exhale release it slowly backwards down.
Inhale lift the shoulders and to the ears.
Exhale hold them,
Hold the breath as long as it feels comfortable.
Exhale roll them down and backwards.
Even sound the exhale.
Inhale shoulders and to the ears.
Hold.
Exhale roll backwards and down.
Find your position.
Feel your breath and feel where you are right now.
Once you're fully in your body take another deep and long inhale to feel yourself exactly where you are right now.
Exhale just be.
And for today I invite you to imagine a timeline.
A timeline where we will flow into the future,
Jump into the past and be in the present.
And each timeline can look different.
So how does your timeline look?
It might be that you just imagine it.
Then you're directly in the future,
Past or present.
It might be that you see it like on a long white line in front of you.
Even with the date,
With the calendar or to scroll,
Scroll in the time,
In the years.
Whatever works for you best you are free to use your own creativity to make it more authentic for yourself.
It is your own practice.
We start in the present moment right now.
Give yourself a smile.
Increase the smile.
Relax your face.
What are you thankful for right now?
Feel it.
And you might even want to say it.
So it's coming from the subconsciousness into your whole area so you can really hear it in each layer of your being.
I am thankful for my breath.
I am thankful to feel alive in this present moment.
I am thankful to meditate with you right now.
And just say it,
Feel it,
Smile or even channel it.
Say what are you thankful for right now?
And you can repeat only one thing.
Repeat it and use all the silence in between to repeat it or to add new ones.
For example,
I am thankful to be alive.
I am thankful to be alive.
And each time you feel it more,
You increase it more.
I am thankful to be alive.
Even the pronunciation might change.
The painting might change.
The feeling might change.
And if it's not only the repetition,
Maybe it's,
I feel my breath.
I am so thankful to hear all the noises around me.
I am so thankful and blissful to be supported and to raise my energy right now.
Find your own ways to increase your feeling.
And from the present moment,
We are jumping in the timeline backwards first.
And it can be just a few days.
It can be the whole year.
It can be a few months.
And I want you to go back to a moment and if it's in the time until Corona started and where there was a really challenging moment,
Then just go directly to this moment.
If it was before Corona,
Then go to this moment.
And if it was just right now,
Any challenging time in your life,
I invite you to guide your inner self directly to the state of being.
And feel your breath.
Stay present in your body,
In your sense of feeling.
And allow yourself to feel one more time these challenging days,
These challenging months.
You might be still in it.
But really feel it again.
Feel the struggling.
Feel where it was.
Not easy.
And if you feel uncomfortable right now and this life even comes,
Then I invite you to use your body to increase more love,
To increase the safety nets.
And it can be that you start massaging your hands to feel you are here.
It's okay.
You keep breathing.
Even these feelings of struggling come up.
And you might even give yourself a hug.
Just hugging yourself and loving yourself and finding a way to allow yourself to be there.
When was your struggling point?
And feel it.
If there come some tears,
It's okay.
Or even anger,
Just feel it.
Allow it.
You might stay longer with the hug or just hold your heart and maybe you were already supported.
But now it's a time where you are in this timeline and you will give yourself a bit of love,
A bit of feeling more safe and telling yourself it was okay.
It was meant to be.
Even start talking to yourself.
What would you need to hear to feel in this moment of struggle?
You are the one who can give it to yourself right now.
You might already feel a bit more ease,
A bit of gratitude arising.
And you might even say thank you.
Thank you to yourself that you went through this period of your time.
Can you already embrace this challenge in your life with gratitude?
And especially the moment when it's the most crazy,
The most unnatural even to say thank you and to show this gratitude.
Can you do it now?
And if you can't fully do it now,
Then feel the way to allow it to open up to maybe one day feel it and one day tell yourself that you are thankful for this experience in your life.
If you can already do it now,
Then say it again louder.
I am thankful.
And go into the details.
I am thankful for all this experience.
It made me stronger.
It made me who I am today.
And I give you some moments to fully increase your own gratitude,
Increase the smile,
Increase the well-being inside and hold the space for yourself.

And if you show gratitude,

What a beautiful frequency.
And to increase it even more,
We are jumping forward in the timeline.
And it's upon you which exactly date,
Year,
Time,
Moment,
Place and situation you are choosing right now.
Choose the one in the future where you have achieved one goal,
Your biggest wish,
The first one,
What comes into your mind right now.
And you already have achieved it.
It's there.
And fully feel it.
Feel the joy,
Feel the bliss,
Feel the love,
Because you already have it.
And you might even want to move,
You might want to paint.
And all the expression we were talking at the beginning,
Feel it now,
Increase it,
Express it,
Even voice it,
And feel the situation where you have achieved it,
Your biggest goal.
How grateful are you to feel it already now?
What are you seeing?
What are you smelling?
What are you tasting?
What are you hearing?
What are you feeling?
How does this feeling of already having your goal achieved,
How does it feel?
And where do you feel it in your body?
Is it in your face because you're fully happy?
Is it in your heart space?
How do you feel?
How expanded your heart is?
How much love you have at this moment for yourself and for the others to share?
Or your belly because you're fully in ease,
You're satisfied deeply within because you're so,
So,
So thankful that you already have achieved your goal.
Where do you feel it in your body?
And repeat it,
Say it out loud,
I am so thankful for.

Once you feel you are on one level of this credit,
You're already blissful,
Then increase it more,
Increase it even more.
I am so thankful to feel it already now.
I'm so grateful.
