A heartly welcome to this meditation.

It's all about healing your heart,

Healing your inner wounds,

Your suffering.

I am Sally and if you feel right now there is a small or even a big pain in your heart,

Then this meditation is for you.

And before we start I invite you to make it really really comfortable in the outside.

You can burn a candle,

Put some incense,

Make a hot tea,

Take your favorite blanket or pillows and make it super cozy.

Maybe dim the light,

Whatever makes you feel really really good.

I invite you to do this before we start.

If you change something in the outside it will affect your inside.

So we build the base with a beautiful surrounding and if you don't have these tools right now imagine,

Imagine and picture what would you do.

Are you ready?

Make it comfortable where you are right now and I truly invite you to make a few movements to really find your possession where you want to be.

Your spine is long and elongated.

Your neck is relaxed so the energy can easily flow through your spine and increase the frequency of your whole body.

Feel free to close your eyes or to keep them slightly open that was to focus inside.

Take a few breaths here dive inside.

And we want to wrap our hands on each other.

Increase the heat,

Wrap the hands.

Beautiful and when they super hot place them on a pain point in your body.

Feel the warmth of your hands traveling inside.

And the center of your body is also your anchor point so whenever in the meditation you feel lost or you feel not stable remember your anchor come back feel in here center yourself again and then start again to follow.

Feel your whole body.

Your face is relaxed.

You can even start with a small smile or a big smile.

Your fingers are relaxed.

Your toes are relaxed.

Your belly is relaxed.

Your spine is relaxed.

Your chest is relaxed.

Your shoulders are relaxed.

Your whole body feels good and is relaxed.

If it's not already there imagine it.

With a longer exhale relax deeper into yourself.

From the tip of the toes to the crown of the head your full body is relaxed.

From the crown of the head to the tip of the toes feel the relaxation happening.

You can also build a circle around your body with your breath.

From the tip of the toes come all the way on the front up to the crown of your head with the inhale.

And exhale from the crown of the head on the back side of your body all the way down to your toes front of the body up and the back of the body down.

Feel the circulation of your awareness flowing around your belly.

This energizing you giving you more presence to be here to be now.

And then follow your breath with the inhale from the nose or the mouth.

So we are thought into the lungs.

The exhale is happen naturally focus on the inhale.

From the nose through your throat into your lungs feel it.

And it's like you're pumping up your chest your awareness to really travel inside allow it to happen.

The lungs are directly connected with the blood circulation to your heart.

To the right heart and this is connected to the left part of the heart and the left part of the heart is pumping the whole blood circulation into your whole system.

So feel your heart.

Feel the vibration feel the rhythm can you feel your heart beat.

Feel free to place your hands on your heart to feel it more.

I'll leave them relaxed on your knees on the side of your body.

What feels most benefiting and supporting you right now.

Feel your heart.

How does it feel right now?

Before we dive deeper I invite you to invite support.

It's a safe place full of harmony.

You can also imagine the sounds around you.

How your feet are touching the ground when you walk.

And you start to communicate with your heart.

Hello my heart.

How are you?

And listen to the answer of your heart.

What is it telling you?

Listen closely.

How are you feeling my heart?

Please tell me.

Sensations might change with time.

Keep listening and if there are sensations pictures worries whatever comes up.

Breathe keep breathing.

Allow it allow everything.

It's the expression of your heart so listen.

Everything is allowed.

You dare to hold space for your heart to listen.

And if you always wished somebody could came and help you.

Yes but it's not anybody.

It's you.

You are the one who can heal who can activate your healing process inside.

So listen.

This is the moment you've always been waiting for.

It's now.

Healing is already starting because you're listening.

So ask your heart why?

Why are you feeling how you feel right now?

Keep breathing and listen.

What is your heart telling you?

Why are you feeling this way my lovely heart?

I love you.

I'm there for you.

Please tell me.

Why are you feeling what you are feeling?

My love my heart.

I'm listening.

And listen to all the sensations inside which may arise.

Feel it.

And you might already feel a change of frequency.

A more soft,

More subtle,

More warm surrounding in the inside or outside.

The healing process has started.

How does it feel for you,

For your heart?

Keep listening.

And see.

See how the wounds of your heart are closing in your own,

Unique way.

Allow all your fantasy,

All the creativity of your heart to feel the healing that's happening.

Move.

It might also get a brighter color.

So invite more light,

More love.

This color might come in a golden white light.

Full of sunshine,

Full of warmth and hope.

It might come in a purple with the highest connection.

To allow the universe,

Nirvana to reach you.

It might come in a green,

In this nourishing fresh green when a blend is just starting to grow out of the seed.

Fresh green.

Or it might come in a rosy pinkish,

A gentle red.

The color of love of all the emotions.

Which color is it for you?

See it and feel it.

No limitations.

Allow your creativity of your heart to take over.

Allow the healing to happen.

Your heart loves you so much.

It is like you have the bird in the morning and he is singing his own song.

And sometimes he sings louder and then more quiet and gentle.

Your heart has the same intelligence cause sometimes it vibrates super quick to give you that power,

The life force,

The blood flow you need right now.

And then in another time it is calming you down,

Slowing down.

The bird is also not singing the whole day in one frequency.

So allow your heart to find your rhythm of healing.

Your heart loves you so much.

It is supporting you in the best way it can.

So it adapts the heart frequency,

Your own melody in the best way for you right now.

Can you feel it?

And you might say thank you to your heart.

For allowing myself to feel what is there,

Thank you for beating.

Listen what your heart says.

You might want to say sorry.

Please my heart forgive me.

To fully be here right now to love you.
