Are you ready to heal your relationship?
To fully embrace what is there right now and to face it?
And I invite you to go with me on a journey,
On a ship,
The relation ship.
To see where you can surrender more,
To see where you can take action.
Make it cozy and comfortable.
Take a deep inhale,
Close your eyes.
And a long exhale.
And while you take a few deep belly breaths,
Already connect to the element of water.
And to connect deeper with the water,
I invite you to see yourself standing on a harbor.
And you're looking into the ocean.
And while you're looking into the ocean,
You see there is a bridge to your boat,
To your ship.
And you start walking.
And when you enter this bridge,
You feel your partner is with you.
You're going together on this ship.
It is your relation ship.
And you're on the boat.
It has everything you need.
The space to feel safe and go inward.
But also the open view to fully see and just feel the ocean,
The wind.
Everything.
How does it look like?
It's your ship.
Is it big?
Is it small?
Does it feel safe to be on it?
Is it really simple but cozy?
Or is it more elegant?
Will you imagine this ship?
How does it look like?
While you're observing all the details,
You didn't realize you already left the harbor.
You're already on the ocean.
You feel relaxed.
You hear the water against the boat.
It's calming you.
And you just see this amazing view.
No clouds.
Sun is there.
It's a really gentle day.
Not too hot,
Not too cold.
It's a perfect day to be on the ocean.
The time is perfect as well.
You feel the air on your skin.
You breathe in salty air.
You feel the water.
You hear it.
It makes you feel alive.
And you are both just for yourself.
Somehow there.
Not really interacting.
But also not ignoring.
You are there,
Both your partner and you.
And after a time passed,
There were some clouds coming.
The water gets more crazy and crazy.
The waves are getting higher and higher.
And you're still somehow okay.
You feel there is something coming.
It's like when you don't talk about it but you already feel it.
Like there's this big storm inside.
And now it's also outside coming.
And you see it.
You face it.
And you know it's time.
You can't run away anymore.
You are in the middle of the ocean.
You are in it.
You are in this relationship.
No way to run.
You even can't fly away.
You are in it.
You are in the boat.
So there you are.
The waves are getting more crazy.
Your partner is just sitting inside.
He's more relaxed.
Not being aware of what is really happening here.
But you see it.
You feel it.
And your first big wave is coming.
You know how to sail.
So you know how to pilot.
You put the boat in the right position.
It's okay.
Next wave is bigger.
You are still okay handling it.
You can do it.
You are safe.
Yes,
You know.
I can do it.
Yes,
You go for it.
Your partner is relaxed.
But you are like yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Okay,
Let's do that.
The next wave is bigger.
And even the water is splashing on the boat.
You start to worry.
Okay.
It's getting crazy.
It's getting really crazy.
And the next wave.
Okay.
The boat is still okay.
But you feel.
Uh oh,
I actually can't do this anymore alone.
What to do?
And you start to.
Hey,
I need you.
You are starting to talk with your partner.
The next wave comes.
He is not.
She is not listening.
Why?
Come on.
Okay.
Next wave.
And now you know,
You really,
Really need your partner.
It's time.
Come on.
Now.
It's now.
And this wave is like.
So intense.
You almost crashed.
And then you see the next wave is coming.
Even bigger.
And you know.
This is it.
Your partner is still doing nothing but use face.
You look into his or her eyes.
You look deeply.
And it is when all the space around you is melting.
All the timelines are melting.
It feels like one second.
Even little.
But at the same time,
Like the longest moment you've ever experienced,
Time doesn't exist anymore.
And you just look.
You breathe and you look.
You're melting into the eyes of the other person.
And you're realizing it's you.
It is not someone else.
It is just you.
It's one.
It is your mirror facing the deepest fears.
Facing the most blissful moments.
Fading away and coming back.
There is everything.
And you just keep looking.
Melting into each other.
Getting one.
Not knowing where you end.
Not knowing where the other starts.
Facing two dimensions into one.
And in this baseness of time,
You come back.
Using your hand on the wheel.
Facing this wave.
Looking up.
And then you feel it.
The warmth of the hand of your partner on your hand.
Supporting you,
Holding the wheel to pilot together.
And the other hand of your partner is holding the rope of the sail in exactly the perfect angle and you are doing it.
It was big.
It was the biggest wave ever but you made it.
You breathe in and out.
And all the other waves afterwards are getting smaller and smaller.
The clouds are fading away.
The storm fades.
And the sand is coming out again.
There is even a rainbow.
The water is getting soft.
Tiny,
Like nothing was happening.
And you start laughing.
Wow,
What a journey.
You keep breathing and surrendering into the eyes,
Into the feeling of being one.
And you know you are being held,
You are safe.
And whenever it's getting crazy again,
You know it's time to face it.
You are in it together.
And while you hear the waves,
Tiny waves,
And you feel the air of the wind.
You look up and you are already back on the hay bower,
Safe.
And together you get off the boat,
You start walking to the safe land.
Hand in hand.
And you arrive back in your body.
Take a deep inhale.
Feel yourself,
Long exhale.
Come back in your own space,
Time and surrounding.
When you feel you want to open your eyes again,
Then do so.
Thank you so much for joining me today,
For trusting me on this journey.
You are more than welcome to meditate with me again.
Feel free to subscribe.
I am so blissful that you are here.
Namaste.
