Dear beloved Soul Sister,

If you are in period pain or any kind of pain connected with your menstruation then is as the time right now to connect deeper with the wisdom of the moon of your inner mooning.

And it's a sacred time where you can really release what you don't need anymore.

All the energy of the last months.

Can be emotionally,

It can be energetically,

It can be physical.

So whatever you want to release,

This is the time to set your intention.

Cause you are opening that space to let it flow,

To really feel.

Feel,

Why is there pain?

If you have pain,

Something is stuck.

So it's now the time to set your intention.

Remember your last months,

What do you want to release?

I invite you for this meditation to make it extra cozy.

What do you need,

Another blanket,

Or even wearing less,

Or another pair of socks,

Or make it tea.

Whatever it is you need right now,

Before starting,

Do it.

And when you are ready,

Listen to your body,

Do you want to sit?

Do you want to lie down on your belly,

Or lie down on your back,

Or make the meditation in a standing position?

It's all fine,

You might even change it.

So start where you feel the most comfy and welcoming inside of you right now.

Connect with your breath,

Take a deep and long inhale.

Feel your room,

Or where you feel your period right now the most.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

Really focus.

Give yourself a smile,

Relax your face.

It's okay to feel with every exhale,

Let it go,

It's okay.

And I want to invite you to start to move if your body feels good with moving.

Inhale,

Feel where is the point,

Where it hurts the most.

And from here,

With the exhale,

Relax into it,

And it might be a movement of like just a few centimeter or millimeter,

Allow it to happen.

Inhale,

Feel,

Get aware.

Exhale,

Move,

Melt with it.

And start to use your breath,

It can be even like pulling and pushing,

Moving with what you feel.

Allow your body to move on its own.

Stay connected with deep and long breathing.

And if you make small,

Really tiny movements,

Maybe your breath is also like.

And then,

You can even sound it,

Allow your body to follow its own wisdom.

Your body is so smart.

So move with it.

Wherever you feel your body the most right now,

Around this path,

You're moving.

It can be in circles,

But no need.

Can be forward and backward,

From the left to the right.

Everything is allowed.

And feel if you wanna just move around your hips,

Around the lower belly,

Around the womb,

Or if it includes your whole spine.

But the anchor point is really where you feel it.

Everything else is just extension.

And if your body is inviting you to roll to the left or to the right,

Even on your belly or on your back,

Depends how you started.

If your body is inviting you to sit up,

Then go so,

Even standing and stretching.

But it can be that you stay where you are and it's more really filigree and small and tiny movement.

You know what is best right now.

So listen.

Breathe deeply.

And mostly when we don't feel like stretching,

Then it's actually the best to do.

To really allow this path where it's super crampy and stacked,

To stretch it.

It get even more intense at the beginning.

So go with your breath.

Stretch it.

You might even want to pull one arm over your head and lean to one side.

And afterwards you will feel the release.

When the energy can flow again,

It's about releasing.

What do you want to really let go of?

Connect with it.

With your thoughts.

Everything with your body.

Emotionally,

Mentally.

Stay with your breath.

Beautiful.

Take a few more movements to deeply,

Deeply connect.

Deep in.

Feel.

And already feel if there is a change happening,

Change of movement.

You want to get more quick,

More slow.

And continue in your own vadam.

And slowly and in the next minute.

Connect your way into silence,

Into the stillness.

Not from 100 to 0.

Take all the last movements and let them get smaller and smaller with full awareness,

As mindful as you can.

When you arrive in stillness,

How do you feel inside?

Is there more peace or do you need to move more?

Just get aware of everything you feel.

Take another deep inhale and a long exhale.

Open your eyes and come back in time and space.
