Hello my dears,

I'm Sallie and welcome to this meditation to connect with your higher self.

What is your higher self?

What is your lightness,

Your enlightenment,

Your awakening,

Your connectedness,

Your groundedness?

What is it for you?

I invite you to see a picture at doll's theater.

So you are the doll and then from every side on your head,

On your feet,

On your head,

Even on your spine,

Everywhere there are strings and they are all pulling.

If you pull the right hand up,

The right hand moves up on the string.

And so is every part of your body.

And this could be your whole life,

All the time somebody is pulling from each direction.

And maybe you even don't have the feeling that you can guide yourself,

That you can choose.

Because all the time something is pulling,

Pushing.

And to change this,

To put all the strings inside of you,

To connect deeply within you,

This is what I'm teaching you right now.

To connect to your higher self,

To your deepest roots inside,

To allow guidance,

To allow the connection with nature and the universe just to flow through you and with you.

Are you ready?

Make it comfortable,

Sitting or lying,

Take a deep inhale,

Close your eyes and a long exhale.

Start to travel inside.

Your breath is coming naturally,

Your face is relaxed and your whole body can drop inside.

Feel every little sensation.

And I truly invite you to listen to all the sensations,

They might come pictures,

They might come thoughts,

Let them all travel like waves,

They are coming and going,

Coming and going.

And don't push anything away,

I truly invite you to be with yourself now.

What are you truly feeling right now?

Don't start to think,

Oh I need to feel this or that or I need to do this later or that.

Just allow yourself to be here and expect to feel everything.

There might come heat of awareness,

There might come tickling of sensations,

Even coldness,

Goosebumps,

Everything is possible.

You are so uniquely beautiful.

Allow to listen when your body is talking to you.

And the higher self,

This connection deep within you,

I invite you to feel it more,

To allow more to really listening inside.

It might be that one of your senses is more activated.

So we dive into several of them.

We start with the feeling.

Are you allowing yourself to truly feel everything?

It can be just one body part that is communicating a lot with you right now.

Can be even your brain if you are still a lot in the thoughts.

It can be your heart if you feel the heat and how good it's pulsating and activating your whole body,

Nurturing it with a beautiful blood circulation so strongly.

Can be any emotions who come up.

Even tightness,

Openness.

Just receive what is your body telling you right now.

Listen deeply.

And from one sensation to the next,

From one feeling to the next.

Come to your hearing,

How activated is it?

And to listen to the sounds outside.

It can be even that you are really good in hearing what somebody else is saying and also between or behind the words what he is truly saying,

The essence.

Can you hear that?

There might be sadness but he is talking in a super joyful way or she.

So what are you really hearing?

Not only the outside,

Especially the inside.

Can you listen to the pain,

To the worries,

To the joy,

To everything what is in you?

With all the senses I invite you to tune them.

It is like you are tuning a guitar and it has several strings and you really listen until it's super fine tuned and it's smooth so it hears really well when you play it and it's in harmony with all the other strings.

So the more fine tuning,

The more you listen and allow yourself to relax in yourself.

The more awareness you get,

The more connected you are.

And your higher self is all about your intuition,

About your inner guidance.

How is it with your smell?

Can you smell other people really well or food or a plant?

Why can you smell good and why you don't like something?

Just be aware.

And then we come to the taste.

When are you really already building a lot of water in your mouth because you are so excited to have this juicy yummy delicious meal or snack or drink or person?

When are you truly allowing to taste even before tasting it or tasting after when it's in your stomach and you digest it?

And then get aware of them all at once.

Smell,

Taste,

Hearing,

Feeling,

Listening to every,

Every,

Everything,

Everything.

What is right now there,

What wants to be felt?

And I invite you in this deep,

Deep connection with your higher self,

With your true essence,

Do you have any questions you want to ask yourself or you feel you are struggling or where you feel you just want more clearness?

You can just stay in this connection or you can ask something,

What comes up?

Don't push it,

Don't pull it.

If something comes,

Allow it to come.

It might come in a thought,

In a feeling.

You are so uniquely,

Just listen.

When you are fully aware what is happening inside,

You always get the right intention to do something,

To listen.

And then it's just the action outside later that you do it or you don't do it.

In this deep connection,

I give you some time now to ask your higher self everything,

What you feel you want to get some answers.

Did you ask everything?

Whatever answers you get,

They thank you,

Show the gratitude.

Your body is always telling you so,

So much and if you don't listen,

On one point it can be like a small child if it's always screaming and screaming and it doesn't get the awareness.

Maybe it destroys something or it starts to be quiet,

But on one point and in your body it will express it mostly in pain.

So on one point there is just this massive pain there.

So if you start to listen earlier and that's the beauty of being so connected with your higher self,

Then you don't need to wait until the pain is there.

Just listen now,

Feel what is aligned with yourself.

Where is life taking you?

Which persons are good for you to surround yourself with?

Which food is really supporting your system?

How do you feel afterwards when you eat it energized or low?

Truly listen.

This is your connection.

Take another deep inhale,

Long exhale and arrive back in time and space.

Take the time you need to fully integrate.
