Hey,
Great that you're taking the time for this breathing exercise.
The physiological sigh is based on a natural biological reflex and is one of the fastest ways to calm your nervous system.
The breathing pattern consists of three simple steps.
You start with a deep inhale through your nose.
Then take a short second inhale,
Just enough to fill your lungs completely.
And finally exhale slowly,
Preferably through your mouth,
Until your lungs are empty again.
Let's try it together.
In through the nose.
Again.
And slowly exhale.
Once again,
A deep breath in through your nose.
A short second inhale.
And then slowly breathe out.
Stay in this rhythm.
Inhale.
A little deeper.
And exhale.
Just one to three repetitions of this breathing pattern can measurably slow down your heart rate and reduce stress.
Breathe in through your nose.
Once again,
To completely inflate your lungs.
And out.
Practice daily for 5 minutes,
This method has been proven to lead to reduced stress levels and better overall health within just a few weeks.
Keep breathing deeply in through your nose.
Once again.
And slowly exhale.
With every double inhale,
You counteract the natural effects of stress and tension and improve gas exchange in your lungs.
Continue breathing in through your nose.
A second time.
And slowly exhale.
Wonderful.
In through your nose.
Once again.
And exhale.
If you've kept up the breathing pattern until now,
You probably already notice that you're feeling calmer.
Keep breathing in through your nose.
Once more.
And slowly breathe out.
You can use the physiological sigh at any time of day or night to quickly and effectively soothe your nervous system and release stress.
Simply continue breathing in through your nose.
Second time.
And slowly out.
If you practice regularly with this audio,
You will find that you are able to relax and unwind much more quickly.
Keep breathing in through your nose.
Once again.
And breathe out.
Awesome To finish this exercise,
Slowly release the breathing pattern and return to your normal breathing.
Thank you so much for breathing with me.
I look forward to next time.
