Hello my name is Hillary and I will be guiding you through this intention setting meditation.
Before we get started please find a comfortable seated position whether you are in a chair or up against a wall,
Allowing your spine to be supported.
Release the muscles of your neck and your shoulders.
Please keep in mind that if it feels better you can always lie down on your back with your legs out long.
Wherever you are begin to close your eyes.
We'll begin today's practice with a breath.
Slowly begin to inhale allowing the ribs to expand.
Everything rises and then exhale let it go.
As you bring yourself into this moment we will start to set an intention not only for our practice but for our desires in this life.
I invite you to sit here and use this moment of silence to dig deep into what you really want.
What does your soul crave?
What does your heart need?
What would put your scattered mind to rest?
And as you begin to visualize what your intention looks like start to fine-tune the details.
How do you feel when you start to think about this intention?
What emotions begin to arise?
Do you get excited or feel energetic?
Do you start to believe in faith?
Or do you get scared and nervous begin to feel drained just thinking about this intention alone?
Whatever it may be it is okay.
These are normal feelings.
Feelings of joy without really having it.
Feelings of fear without being chased.
Well now what?
Let's channel these feelings into an action.
If you're feeling love and excitement for your desires let this fuel the plan that we must create.
If you're experiencing fear and doubt I invite you to ask why?
Where are these feelings coming from?
What is standing in your way?
Whatever's causing this fear and doubt is it really there?
What if we moved it out of the way?
Would you in fact take a step forward if it didn't exist?
Now if you could take a step forward what would it look like?
How would you feel?
What if we used our minds to construct that this obstacle doesn't really exist?
It's okay we can pretend.
Now imagine that this obstacle disappears forever.
What would you do right now to move you towards your desires?
Now let's circle back to our intention.
If you want it you deserve to have it.
If you want to make it a change then you deserve to experience this change.
If you want to do big things and make an impact on humanity we need you to be heard.
Now is this obstacle standing in your way really holding you back from what you deserve?
Or holding you back from you using your tools and skills to help our communities?
Let's invite breath into these concepts and let them marinate because we just stirred the pot.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale let everything settle.
Inhale more intuition.
Exhale any fear or doubt.
Inhale excitement.
Exhale anything that does not serve you.
Let this intention saturate every fiber of your being.
Know that in this moment something will happen if you let it.
Surrender the self-limiting beliefs and standing in your own way.
Trust the process of it all and it's okay if you don't know what to expect it doesn't matter.
But leaning in to what you really want and stand for is going to bring you one step closer to your intention.
Now place your hands on your heart and declare this intention once and for all.
Right here right now is what matters when we are moving towards a goal.
This is called the process.
Learn to love it.
Now tell yourself I am open and ready to receive abundance,

Health,
And exciting wonderful things into my life bigger than I can imagine and I am ready.
We don't manifest what we want we manifest what we believe so tell yourself that you are ready.
Take an inhale here and then exhale let it go.
