This is a guided meditation and practice for releasing the old and embracing the New with sacral empowerment. Find a comfortable and quiet space where you Can sit or lie down without distractions. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths allowing your body to relax with Each exhale. Let go of any tension or stress you might be holding. Now bring Your awareness to your sacral chakra. In your lower abdomen beneath the navel Visualize a warm golden light radiating from this area symbolizing your sacral Empowerment and your sensual activation. As you continue to breathe deeply Imagine roots extending from the sacral chakra down into the earth anchoring you To the ground providing stability and support. With each inhale envision Yourself drawing in fresh revitalizing energy from the earth. Feel it flowing up Through your roots into your sacral replenishing revitalizing replenishing Revitalizing replenishing and revitalizing this center of creativity And passion. Now as you exhale remember your ability to release old patterns is A power. Your ability to release old patterns is a power. Imagine releasing Any old patterns beliefs or emotions that no longer serve you. See them Dissolving into the earth where they can be transformed and recycled into Positive energy. And now I want to invite you to find something in your space an Item a piece of clothing a crystal something that brings you joy something That represents not just your desire but something that embodies the direction That you are headed in. Something that embodies What you crave Something that embodies what you are passionate about Something that brings you joy You're gonna grab that physical item hold it tightly bring it into your sacral Chakra space holding it close to your body Tightening the grip but softly loosening and tightening with each breath. So as You inhale and exhale your hands begin to breathe gripping and softening this Item as you hold it close to your body And with each breath I want to invite you to affirm to yourself with these Words I release the old and I make space for the new. I am deserving and worthy of Love in all its forms. I embrace my sacral empowerment and honor my sensual Nature. I trust in divine flow of life. I allow abundance to manifest effortlessly Receiving breath through your nose releasing breath through the mouth. Now envision a beautiful Golden light surrounding you holding you in a cocoon of love and protection. This Light represents the unconditional love and support from the universe. This light Is always guiding and nurturing you on your journey. Take a few moments allow Yourself to bask in this loving energy. Allow this energy to permeate every cell Of your being. Allow this energy to fill you with a deep sense of peace and Contentment. When you feel ready gently bring your awareness back into your physical Surroundings allowing your tongue to wander around your teeth the inside of your mouth Licking your lips taking a swallow Bringing awareness to movement in your fingertips and in your toes Allowing your limbs to stretch open wide Breast exposed heart center open And now slowly open your eyes May you carry this feeling of empowerment love and worthiness throughout your day Know that you are infinitely supported know that you are cherished know that you are loved Know that you are desired and needed and essential to the universe to your family To community To you And so it is
