Good evening friends.
Good morning.
Good day.
Wherever you are meeting me in this recording.
As always,
I just stopped by for a minute to just ask you to breathe,
Pause,
Be mindful,
And become aware with me.
In light of the climate that we are in right now,
In your community,
Your state,
In this country,
In the world,
It is a given that we sway back and forth,
Finding a new rhythm,
Figuring out new patterns,
Figuring out what helps and what hinders.
So in the midst of you figuring it out,
I just want you to know that you are not alone.
We're all figuring it out.
So knowing that you are not alone should give you some sense of power back,
Should remind you to affirm yourself amidst confusion,
To remind yourself that although you may have all the facts,
There is still a deeper truth,
And that truth remains that you are still in control of your mind,
Your body,
And your spirit.
So I want you to take a few minutes and just call your power back with me.
This is going to be very brief.
And we're going to end with silence and a call to stillness with a Tibetan bowl at the end of this breathwork and meditation.
Find a comfortable place to sit,
Lay,
Stand.
I suggest finding something with support,
A foundation that's going to uphold you,
The floor,
Yoga mat,
A nice comfy chair.
And I want you to roll your shoulders up and back and down.
Relax your hands.
Put your arms by your side.
Relax your wrists.
Face your palms up.
When you're ready,
I want you to swallow,
Then relax your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
And just softly close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Inhale for four seconds.
Three,
Two,
One,
And exhale for eight seconds.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Again,
Deep breath.
Inhale.
And exhale slowly.
Open your mouth for eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Bring your attention between your eyebrows and let's focus on letting go.
Inhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
