This is a guided meditation to support the conscious practice of surrendering and opening to healing,
Practicing ego surrender and letting go into soul consciousness,
Surrendering of my will and aligning with a larger and greater presence of the soul's call to divine will and soul purpose.
According to divine plan,
And through the practice of surrendering,
Opening through my body to receive clarity,
My heart to be calm and my body to heal.
We begin that process now by following our breathing.
Breathing in,
Focusing on the next in-breath.
We come into the moment and accept that only this very moment now counts and nowhere else.
And we exhale fully,
Being fully present to the out-breath in this moment and nowhere else.
Taking a full clearing breath and adjusting our seat,
Our lying position,
Or the volume on this recording.
Being undisturbed for the next 20 or so minutes,
Supporting a deepening presence,
A gathering energy.
We need to follow our breath,
Becoming aware of only my in-breath now and nowhere else,
The breath of life,
Light and love entering me on this inhalation.
Nothing in particular has to happen right now.
I don't have to do anything,
I be present to this moment and my breathing.
With every inhalation opening myself to the breath of life entering my body,
With every out-breath allowing this breath of life to spread healing presence through my entire body,
Through every cell of my being.
Vital breath of life,
Universal flow,
Joining with that on the inhalation.
I open,
I breathe in,
Exhale I let go completely,
Letting breath flow from me as it moves through me,
Healing me,
Expanding me,
Relaxing me.
Full attention to my next inhalation coming in now,
Letting go of all thoughts.
Feeling the sensate experience of my inhalation moving in and through my body,
Through my core and center.
Warming me,
Flowing,
Relaxing me,
Opening me.
I slowly deepen my inhalation,
Increase the flow of energy as it moves through me,
Filling me up and spilling out and letting go completely on the exhalation.
Feeling now what's happening in my interior as I simply follow the flow,
Movement of breath in through me,
The breath of life.
And as it moves from me on the exhalation,
I simply feel what is happening.
I simply let it happen now.
Only this moment here now counts nowhere else.
Now holding the thought clearly and distinctly that I have everything I need within me now.
I have everything I need.
It is within me.
How is that to hold inside?
I have everything I need now within me.
It's already here.
And I open my in-breath to that realization,
To that awakening,
To that discovery.
I open to the light that moves within me,
That comes from the source,
From eternity,
From the divine,
Guided to me,
Moving through me,
The wholeness of spirit,
Opening me wide and deep and now for healing and wholeness,
Clarity and purpose and awakening.
Surrendering over to my breath,
I deepen.
I flow with the in-wave of the inhalation through my belly into that fullness,
The stasis of fullness before I let go and I let go into letting go.
Feel the movement from me and through me for every cell of my being as I exhale and relax and join more and more with the presence of the divine,
The eternal presence here and now,
The light of love,
Clarity,
Wholeness.
Everything I need is here now and I am joining with that.
I breathe that.
And now I decide,
I choose to let light and love and joy and peace enter me to come from the source of all things,
From the great wide,
Void,
The great beyond,
The great mystery,
The source of all life,
I breathe into that,
I open to that in my next inhalation.
I decide to allow joy and peace and light to enter me.
I breathe that into me now and give thanks to the divine for God's love,
The love of the goddess,
For me,
Through me,
To me.
And I let that go.
I dissolve into that as a water drop dissolves into the ocean.
Practicing the beauty,
The art of the surrender,
Letting go ego,
Softening into the here and now,
Presence of the divine,
What is.
Only this moment counts.
Everything I need is here within me.
I decide now to open myself to peace and joy,
To light and love and let that enter me through my breath.
As a sensei experience moving through my body,
Clearing my mind,
Warming my heart.
Now I open my body to healing in any way,
To restoring my energy,
To balancing,
Revitalizing,
And resting,
Opening to the light,
The love,
The pour into me through my breath and through crown of my head,
Through the cells of my body,
Heat,
The warmth,
The light,
To any place in my body in need of it,
My heart,
Place of pain or emptiness,
Dullness,
To an ache,
To a lifelessness,
Any place inside now that I can let the light come in.
I can place my hands there if I wish or focus my attention.
And now I open to the breath of life,
Letting my breath come to that place,
Inhaling my focused awareness or my touch flowing in and through any place in my body in need of it.
Breathing deeply,
Fully present,
Only this moment counting.
Healing light entering down into me through the top of my head,
Moving down through my head,
Through my face,
Behind my eyes,
My jaw and tongue and throat,
All the way down into my heart.
Healing light pouring down in,
Filling me the way a vessel is filled with light or warmth of water,
Feeling my heart and my chest and my back,
Through my spine,
All the way down into my bowels and abdomen,
Sacrum,
Genitals,
Pelvis,
All the way down through my legs,
Down through the bottoms of my feet,
Pouring down through my arms,
Out the palms of my hand.
Jaw soft,
Sacrum soft,
Bottoms of my feet relaxed,
Palms open,
And again adjusting my body or placing my hands wherever they would most support healing now,
Resting into that healing space.
Slowing down,
Opening to the light,
The light of healing,
As if each in-breath was one lifetime,
Then spilling over into the out-breath as another lifetime,
Resting into the stasis of the out-breath,
Waiting for the new life to come on the inhalation,
Allowing that,
Feeling that how it comes on its own.
And I join with the new life coming into me on the in-breath.
Now I let go completely of time and even my body and allow myself to go back to my origins all the way back.
Out of time,
Outside this life,
Even outside this earth,
Going to wherever it is that I originate from,
Opening to my origin point now,
And connecting into my very beginning,
Asking to remember and restore and refresh what have me come here,
What brought me to this life,
To this earth,
To this time,
To this place,
Asking for that to be restored,
Rebalanced,
Remembered,
Revitalized.
Coming all the way back into this moment one more time,
This very moment,
Right here and now.
With whatever is awakening and feeling the next in-breath coming in and the next out-breath leaving me,
Preparing my body for movement,
Slow gradual return,
Maybe my tongue or lips or tips of my fingers or toes,
A deepening of the breath,
Movement through my head or jaw.
And you can either stay lying or seated right where you are right now,
Or you could choose to move either way is fine.
So either remaining right where you are with your breathing or allowing your hands to move and coming into a prayer position at your heart.
Slight pressure in the palms or backs of the fingertips to your thumb.
We'll take three deep healing breaths and inhalation,
Breathing in deeply on the exhalation,
The OM sound allowing the body to vibrate and letting healing energy spread and relax through us,
Going where it needs to go on the vibration.
Exhalation,
OM.
In-breath.
All the way out.
Third breath.
All the way in and OM sound out.
OM.
You can either lie still for a while or slowly begin to move and return your attention to things in your day.
