Let us now begin our meditation sequence together. Focusing on two very important aspects, The inhale and the exhale, The breath, And secondly focusing on the body. In our space, We want to set the tone, Lighting, Energy, Focus, Posture. You're welcome to have the lights on, Off, Or just slightly dimmed. You are welcome to sit in a position that's most comfortable to you. Some folks prefer to stand or to lie down. My philosophy is whatever is most comfortable. This will in turn allow you the opportunity to focus on the breath. In your comfortable position. Moving through the breath, We know that our breath is our life. When we breathe, We open up our airways and we open up our possibilities. It's quite simple. Each breath that we take does bring us closer to where we want to be. It's almost as if we are acknowledging where we are and allowing a pathway to be created to our future self. When we breathe, We are present in this moment. When we breathe, We give access to the possibilities of our future. And when we breathe, We pay homage to who we once were. Our breath connects us across the time and space continuum. Our breath is in fact our life. The source of our energy in this physical realm. The cleansing and the openness that we can always expect when we focus on the breath. So take your time to inhale and to exhale. Really allowing yourself to fully open up the lungs. As you breathe, Intentionally slow down your breathing. Making your inhales as big as possible while also relaxing the shoulders and opening the chest. Then making your exhale as slow and smooth as possible while also decreasing your frequency. Slowing down. Slowing down. Breathing. Breathing. Scooping up the air, Big and deep and open. And exhaling fully. Scooping up the air, Opening up the lungs and breathing fully. As you breathe, Allow your eyes to close and bring your gaze down towards the floor in front of you. Relax the muscles in the forehead, Around the eyebrows. Relax the muscles in the cheeks, In the jaw, In the ears. Relax the muscles in the shoulder and the neck while lifting the chest ever so slightly, Engaging the abdominals, Rooting at the tailbone and melting away. With your eyes closed, Inside of your mind's eye, Find a focal point right in the center of the eyebrows. Send your energy there. Know that this special spot is where the light comes in. Feel yourself energized. Imagine your breath going directly to that spot. Breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out. Each exhale we let go and we release. Each inhale we go deeper, Bringing in that fresh, New, Clean energy that we need. Each exhale we press and let go. Each inhale we renew. Breathing once. Breathing twice. Breathing three times. Letting the positive energy enhance our self-love. Letting the positive energy enhance our deep healing. Letting the positive energy enhance our ability to let go. With each breath we enhance our positive energy. We enhance our vibration and we connect to our source. Each breath allows our body and mind connection to awaken, Bringing our intuition to its highest vibrational state. When we open in this way, We allow access to our limitless possibilities. In this way, Our breath reconnects our mind and our body. Letting the positive energy enhance our self-love. Allow your breath to heal you. Allow your breath to guide you, To relax you. Focusing your energy and your mind's eye on the center between the eyebrows. Energetically opening up to the belief that anything is possible, That you are possible. Feel the renewal entering through this portal, Knowing that this is where the light comes in. Breathing, Breathing, And letting go. Breathing, Breathing, Breathing, And letting go. Breathing, Breathing, Breathing, And letting go. As we move through these possibilities, We bring ourselves to a space of acceptance, To a space of open, To a space of love. As we breathe, We come to know this life is indeed worth living. And the joy that we feel, The love that we connect to, The possibility that is here with us is no longer simply an idea, In fact, It becomes quite the reality. Give yourself permission to let go and open. Give yourself permission to let go and open. Give yourself permission to let go and open. Our meditation practice trains our brain to let go and relax, To let go and release, To let go and renew. Allow your breath to release the positivity, To attract your self-confidence, To increase your health. Opening, Opening, Opening, Releasing, Releasing, Releasing, Letting go, Letting go, Letting go, Saying yes. As we focus on the breath, We fully focus on each inhalation and each exhalation, Thinking of nothing else. Breathing in through the nose, Feeling the cool air enter into the nose, Feeling your belly rise with each inhalation. And with each exhale, Feeling the warm air exit your nose and your belly relax with each exhalation. Allow yourself to refocus and refocus and refocus on your breath. Our breath allows our mind to quiet. And in this way, We build our confidence.
