Welcome to your meditation manifestation experience.

Take just a moment to clear your mind and your space.

Perhaps you are seated in a comfortable seated position or choosing any other position that you'd like to take at this time.

Taking just a moment to notice your space.

Perhaps you have natural light around you.

Perhaps you are in a brightly lit room or dimly lit room or you've chosen to turn the lights off.

Whichever your choice,

Allow yourself to be thoughtful of the curation of your space.

Remembering that there are two important elements that we will engage today,

The body and the breath.

The body of course is nice open chest,

Relaxed shoulders,

Shoulders down away from the neck,

Open chest and a nice expansive belly.

Remember the hands are relaxed,

The feet are relaxed as best they can be and we're envisioning the energy flowing up and down the spine.

Imagining ourselves connected at the center of the earth and reaching up towards the sky energetically rooted and reaching,

Rooted and reaching.

Feeling our spine elongate,

Feeling nice and tall,

Nice and long,

Making room for our lungs to expand,

Our diaphragm to press down as we inhale,

Sweeping the air into the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

We welcome and invite the breath and we let go of the stress.

Inhaling air right up into the nostrils and exhaling,

Releasing out through the mouth,

Letting go.

Inhaling in through the nose,

Sweeping big breath and just hold your breath for just a moment,

Just a moment,

Just a moment and exhale,

Release,

Clearing space.

Let's do two more.

Inhaling deep with the nostrils filling up,

Inhaling again filling up,

Inhaling again filling up,

So full and hold for just a moment and exhale out through the mouth,

Sigh it out,

Releasing,

Letting go,

Letting go.

And once more inhale sweeping the air in and inhaling and inhaling and hold.

And exhaling,

Nice,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

As we continue to breathe,

We slowly imagine where we want our energy to go.

And as we continue to breathe,

We slowly visualize our energy and let it flow.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Keeping the breath nice and smooth.

Nice and open,

Nice and easy.

And be afraid to breathe fully,

Feeling that inhale,

The cool air coming in and the exhale of the warm air going out.

Our breath is our life.

It's our connection to life in this physical body.

And it is important that we nurture it,

Acknowledge it,

And appreciate it.

As you sit in stillness and you focus on the breath,

I invite you to go on a journey.

Imagine yourself sitting in this room,

In this space,

Perceiving the distance between yourself and the walls.

Your eyes are closed.

It's only in your mind's eye that you see.

But imagine if you can perceive the distance between yourself,

Seated,

Eyes closed,

Breathing,

And the walls around you.

Measuring in your mind the space between yourself and the wall on each side.

Now as it were,

Continue to expand that visualization and see if you can't perceive the space between you and the walls of the next room.

Slowly expanding yourself out past the building,

Perceiving the distance between yourself and the street outside.

Continue to open your perception,

Visualizing the space between you and your entire neighborhood.

As you continue to breathe and expand your perception,

Visualize the space between you and your entire city,

Zooming out,

Zooming out,

Zooming out.

Continue to expand your perception and visualize the space between you and the entire country,

Zooming out and up,

Zooming out and up.

And perhaps as you continue to expand your perception,

Visualize the space between you and the entire world,

Allowing yourself to zoom up and zoom out,

Zoom up and zoom out.

Seeing yourself as connected yet separate from the earth below you.

Now if you can,

Visualize the space in between and see yourself above this earth while also sitting in the spot that you sit.

There is such a topic as quantum physics,

The idea that we can move in time exponentially.

The difference between running and chasing after what you desire and attracting what you desire to come to you.

As you sit floating above the earth's atmosphere,

You recognize perhaps three elements.

Where we are,

How we are and who we are.

Accessing an extraordinary innovation inside our minds.

It is said that when we take 30 steps across the room,

We can get from one point to the end of the door.

But when we take 30 exponential steps,

We land on the moon.

The space between here and there is a perception,

An opportunity to see the world in a certain way.

To see that which we desire a certain distance and to see our role in connecting to our deepest desires from a certain perspective.

And so I offer you the opportunity to shift your perception.

Using that you may be closer than you think.

So perhaps if you think you are closer,

You will be.

As they say,

Objects in mirror are closer than they appear.

And perhaps you are closer than it appears.

As you imagine the distance between yourself in this seated position,

In this room,

In this building,

In this neighborhood,

In this city,

In this country,

In this world,

In this universe.

We begin to understand the connections between where we are and where we want to be.

We begin to meet life one step ahead.

We begin to open up and accept the best.

We begin to access uncommon knowledge and set the stage for an extraordinary life.

Imagine having a fearless,

Innovative,

Boundless flair for living that allows you the opportunity to make these connections right away.

When we practice this type of living,

We attract our deepest desires directly to us.

It is no accident that you are living your best life.

Continuing to breathe,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Accepting the bliss into your life.

Exhaling and exhaling,

Imagining the style of your experience.

Feeling the luxury of love.

As we descend back to Earth,

Allow yourself the opportunity to remember how deep your connection is.

Allow yourself to meet life with depth and power,

Remembering it is no accident that you are living your best life.

It is no accident.

So let us connect to our vision.

Let us connect to our possibilities.

Let us connect to our innovation.

Let us be our own inspiration and let us access our highest good.

Exhaling now together,

Inhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

Inhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

Exhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

As we continue to walk this journey and remember what we see in our mind's eye may be closer than it appears.
