In this short meditation, I invite you to breathe with me. Breathing with another creates a feeling of connectedness. When repeated regularly this form of meditation may relieve depression, anxiety, and insomnia. There are no background sounds or music giving you freedom to add your own ambient sounds that the app offers. You may want to consider using 'Raindrops' or 'Secret Garden' both of which can be found under the 'Water' section of 'Ambient Sounds'

Welcome.

Let's breathe together.

Find your centre.

Find your stillness.

And exhale.

Finding your centre again.

Ah,

And just allow the body to sigh out.

Where your attention moves.

Find your centre.

Feel your stillness.

This is yours.

It's always here.

Always has been and always will be.

Connect with it often.

Become familiar with it.

Become comfortable with it.

Now let all of that focus go.

Just as you would drop a gown from your shoulders and let it slip onto the floor.

Let all of your focus go.

And just be.

That was absolutely beautiful Helen. I loved the ease and simplicity of this mediation. The breathwork was fantastic as it allowed me to find my way to a deeply calm state where I found inner peace which will support me to get on with my day. It also opened up my airways so I’m breathing deeply and feeling stronger to step back on my path to wellness with an open heart to receive all I need to live a magnificent life. Thank you for so generously sharing your wisdom. Namaste 🙏
