Today I would like to take you along with one of my favorite practices to really tune into yourself and to relax,

To unwind,

To ground.

And it's fairly simple.

So if you want to continue to listen to this track right now,

Please find yourself a quiet spot where you can be alone for let's say 10 minutes,

Undisturbed.

It doesn't matter whether you are sitting,

Laying down,

Have your eyes open or your eyes closed,

As long as you feel that you can relax,

Enjoy without falling to sleep.

So once you've found your position,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And continue that deep breathing two more rounds.

Deep in and deep exhale.

One more time.

Deep inhale and a deep exhale.

Now let your body just regain its normal pace of breathing.

And in this silence you will likely start noticing at some point that you have thoughts or that you are distracted by the sounds around you.

But in this practice the biggest invitation is to just be present.

It's a mindfulness practice which I would not describe as a meditation per se,

But you can see it as a more advanced way of meditation.

Where in this silence you can just be present with whatever comes up.

Don't push it away.

Don't reject it.

Don't identify with it.

Don't accept it.

If you are distracted,

You can always bring your attention back to your body,

Back to your breath.

It's not a practice to focus only on your breath.

It's a practice to be in silence,

To be in this purification space.

Holding the space here for everything that shows up.

But don't make a story out of that what is coming up.

Don't change anything.

Don't touch it.

Just be present in the silence.

And again,

If you are distracted,

Return your attention to your body and see whether you can just be present with everything that comes up.

Whether you're having ideas that you're not doing it right,

That it's annoying to be in silence,

That you don't have time for this.

It's an extremely powerful practice.

When you purify in this energetic field,

All that comes up if you don't touch it.

Your mind doesn't need to know how it works.

You will not understand it.

You will only be more frustrated.

But a powerful practice is to be in this energetic space,

Preferably every day.

You can keep on listening whenever you want to this track.
