The silence has all the answers.
We keep ourselves so busy,
So busy out of old behaviour,
Out of survival,
Structure,
Planning,
All keeping us extremely busy.
Have you ever considered that being busy is actually a way of the ego to keep you small?
Social media,
Taking care of the family,
Your job,
It's all activities that fill your day,
And of course things need to be done,
But see how busy they keep you during the day.
Have you truly made time for yourself recently to stop and to be in silence?
That's a question for you,
When was the last time that you really stopped yourself from doing something and really had time to be in silence?
So I'm not talking about important things,
Of course to relaxation time,
But where you still spend time,
On your phone,
Scrolling,
Reading a book,
But really stopped yourself,
Sit down,
Lay down,
And really be present.
Hardly anyone does this because it's really uncomfortable.
You are usually getting a lot of thoughts then about all the things you need to do,
The grocery lists start being made in your mind,
The worries about all the things you need to do.
Still this is a programmation,
This busyness,
This keeping you busy is an old programmation.
It keeps you feeling,
Or keeping you in a box,
Keeps you feeling smaller than you should be,
Than you're supposed to be.
The silence,
Being in that energy of just being present,
It's highly beneficial for your health at all the levels,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual,
But also for releasing what is no longer serving you.
By just being present,
By just having everything that comes up,
Be with it,
Without identification,
Without attachment to the story,
Without rejecting the story,
Without pushing it away,
Just being present because it's leaving,
Wants to be leaving your system.
And again there your mind might be thinking how does this work,
Does this really work,
And why am I then still not a different person tomorrow,
Because it has been all these programmations in the way you live,
That didn't enter your system yesterday,
So it needs time and it has so many layers,
There's so many different things to it,
But on the path from thinking to being you move through these different layers,
You bring awareness to them,
You see that you have different choices,
You start releasing,
And the silence,
Just being present is so important.
That's why in all my teachings,
In my retreats,
One-on-one sessions,
There's always this element of silence in my energetic sessions,
And I had one guest recently saying like I don't understand but it felt so great,
I could just be,
Just be,
I was so calm,
My mind was so calm,
I could just relax and I could have stayed there forever,
And that was a group session,
And during my retreats we do every day these group sessions,
Sometimes the first day is very uncomfortable,
And then you start recognizing with your system,
How your system responds to it,
And he gave me back that it felt so great,
He was even asking like could I do this forever,
And of course I mean I said to him it doesn't harm to do it longer than the 20 minutes we did it every day,
But of course you can also be aware that everything you can do as an escape,
And you can escape from daily life,
If you would do it for instance every day a couple of hours,
It's not how it's supposed to be,
But it doesn't harm,
But it is definitely very good to do it every day,
No matter how short,
Whether it's only a couple of minutes a day,
The best thing is to do it 15-20 minutes,
That's what I think six out of seven days I do myself,
And it gives you,
It brings you in the energy of purifying all things that are ready to leave,
And you move through situations with ease and grace,
If you start implying this,
If you start using this way of empowering yourself,
Purifying yourself,
It's not per se an easy,
It is a simple way,
But it's like starting something new,
It's not definitely,
Not per definition very easy to go about,
So start with only a couple of minutes a day in silence,
Without doing anything,
No music,
No distraction,
Just be present.
