Helena has found mindfulness to be brilliant in supporting her clients in carving out space so that they can respond to situations rather than react. Mindfulness helps to bring perspective and it is accessible anytime, anywhere. Helena's purpose is to empower people to attain well-being, foster personal growth and achieve balance in life. She is so passionate about how powerful mindfulness can be in supporting people in achieving their intentions and looks forward to sharing many practises with her clients.
