Hello everyone and welcome to this mindful moment.
This is an invitation to press pause on your day.
Finding a position that suits you for the next few moments.
And begin checking in with yourself.
Settling into comfort and ease.
Noticing your breath and beginning to check in with your body.
This is an invitation on the next inhale to deepen the inhale and extend the exhale.
And in this moment be curious.
What is it that you're feeling right now?
And we ask this of ourselves without judgment or expectation but with curiosity,
Compassion,
And maybe even courage.
There are times when we might be feeling discomfort,
Dis-ease,
And this is okay.
It's important to not deny ourselves the opportunity to feel these emotions and feelings.
Continue to also connect to your breath,
Feeling the rise and expansion of your chest and belly and allowing your natural rhythm to flow.
When we deny our reality,
When we ignore what we're feeling and push away feelings that we don't like,
We can increase our suffering.
But when we acknowledge and even embrace where we are in each moment,
It can be a beautiful opportunity to engage with life as it presents itself.
When we notice that we feel a little off,
That there is sadness,
Maybe anger,
Resentment,
Or simply irritation.
We step into our reality and we let go of resistance.
And as we release this resistance to what is,
We then can open ourselves up to shifting into a different state.
This is not to push away,
Hide,
Or negate.
This is about recognizing where we are and saying,
Okay,
Okay.
And in this,
We can expand through our breath.
We can acknowledge ourselves.
It takes but a small shift,
A small shift in appreciation for how we're feeling.
It is not to blame others,
It is not to blame ourselves,
But to take responsibility and to take action.
And this action doesn't need to be doing more,
But the action of connecting to,
Again,
Ourselves in this moment.
This action,
This act of self-love,
Self-care becomes our new reality.
Getting into your breath,
Connecting to your present moment.
And there are also moments when we forget that it's okay to also experience joy.
It is okay to experience happiness,
Contentment,
To connect to our hearts and sit in the beauty of this moment.
I invite you on this next inhale to offer a simple thank you for life,
For the reality of this moment,
For the opportunity to connect,
To embrace,
To accept,
And the possibility to shift.
I'm feeling in this moment is okay.
This is where I am right now.
And this too shall pass.
The beauty will pass.
The pain will pass.
The discomfort will pass.
And I offer gratitude for the opportunity to witness where I am and I honor myself.
Hand on your heart,
Hand on your belly.
Let us honor and embrace this moment.
Pressing our breath and sending gratitude for this connection.
And as we sit here for a few silent breaths,
May you honor yourself and this time that you are here to witness,

And be.
