Meditation Timer OnlineHeather Larsen lives in Northern Utah with her husband, Bryce, and two teenagers, Miley and Cohen. She has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho, is currently a grad school student at Grand Canyon University and a dedicated lifelong learner. She is a Certified Family Life Coach (CFLC) and Mindfulness Coach. She is an advocate for all things mental health and enjoys finding healing in so many different ways. She also enjoys the challenge of finding strength in the journey and lessons learned along the way. After enduring many different trials in life, Heather has come to understand the meaning of empathy, compassion, and support for one another. Beyond life experiences, she has had to learn to overcome chronic stress, anxiety and depression. She found strength to keep going by learning to know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, the power of yoga and meditation, finding the value in education and learning to understand what was “happening” within her, and filling her “toolbox” with important things that could help her stay grounded and grateful. She also learned the value of goals and working to find confidence and courage. Heather truly believes that we are given challenges to help us grow and evolve into the beautiful people that we are meant to be, living a life specifically designed for us with the opportunity to love and care for others while finding gratitude for the struggles we are given.
