Feel the weight of yourself being received.
By the bed.
By the room.
By the earth beneath it all.
The earth carries your weight without effort.
It has been doing so for a very long time.

You are held.

Inhale slowly through the nose.
Exhale gently through the mouth.
Longer.
Slower.

And sigh the breath out.
