Welcome to this sacred space of stillness and gratitude.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down,

Allowing your spine to lengthen,

Your shoulders to soften,

And your breath to arrive home.

Take a deep inhale through the nose for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And a slow exhale through the mouth for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And again,

Full three-dimensional breath filling all the way up from your belly into the ribcage and lungs.

And exhale,

Just sigh it all out.

Let it go.

Let go of your day.

Let go of expectation.

Allow yourself to arrive fully,

Body,

Mind,

And soul in this present breath.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The support of the earth,

Steady and unwavering.

You are held.

You are safe.

Now bring your awareness to the flow of your breath,

Effortless,

Rhythmic.

Inhale the energy of receiving.

Exhale the energy of release.

With each breath,

Expand your inner light.

Visualize a soft golden glow around your heart,

Expanding slightly with every inhale,

Radiating peace with every exhale.

Allow this golden light to grow,

Spreading through the chest,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The hands.

A warm hum of gratitude begins to pulse in your heart center,

The Anahata Chakra,

Your seat of love and compassion.

Now gently bring to mind one thing you are grateful for,

A person,

A pet,

A moment,

A lesson,

Or simply the breath that sustains you.

See it clearly.

Feel its essence.

Let that gratitude rise like sunlight from your heart,

Illuminating your inner world.

With every inhale,

Whisper silently,

I receive.

With every exhale,

I give thanks.

Allow the current of gratitude to move through your entire energy field,

Warm,

Alive,

Expanding.

Imagine now that this golden light of gratitude begins to travel through your whole being,

Down your solar plexus,

Softening control,

Dissolving tension,

Through your belly,

Awakening trust and flow,

Down your legs,

Grounding your gratitude deep into the earth,

Then up through your throat,

Expressing your truth with kindness.

Imagine this golden light is traveling through your third eye,

Seeing all experience as a teacher and through your crown,

Opening to divine connection.

Your entire being is now a luminous channel of grateful light.

You are radiance.

You are harmony.

You are in flow with all that is.

Now let your awareness move beyond your physical body.

Sense the space around you shimmering with prana.

Your gratitude extends outward to the people who have touched your path,

To the experiences that have shaped your strength,

To the lessons that carved wisdom into your entire being.

Even the challenges,

Bow to them.

They were your teachers,

Sculptors of resilience and compassion.

Inhale gratitude for the light.

Exhale gratitude for the shadow.

Both have guided your evolution.

Feel yourself merging with the vast breathing field of existence.

Every tree,

Every ocean,

Every star.

You are not separate from the beauty you see.

You are part of the same divine breath.

Begin to draw your awareness back toward your body.

Feel the breath,

Gentle and steady.

Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.

Bring your hands to your heart.

Whisper silently,

Thank you for this breath.

Thank you for this body.

Thank you for this life.

Let a soft smile form,

Effortless,

Kind.

This is the frequency of gratitude,

Pure alignment with the divine flow.

Take a final deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Fully releasing,
