Welcome to this meditation for boundless presence.

Begin by finding a comfortable position where you can receive the practice,

Whether that means sitting upright or lying down.

And as you settle into stillness,

Feel the quiet imitation of this moment,

A threshold where breath softens,

Your mind can loosen its grip,

And the world begins to feel wide once again.

Within you,

There is a field of awareness that stretches far beyond your thoughts,

Your efforts,

And your form.

And as you enter into this practice,

Allow yourself to dissolve gently into this inner horizon,

The place where spaciousness becomes your own sanctuary and presence,

The home you never left.

Let your shoulders melt downward.

Let your forehead soften,

Your cheekbones.

Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth and any tension from your jaw.

Feel your body supported,

Held,

And welcomed into this moment.

Let your breath arrive naturally,

Ebbing and flowing.

And perhaps taking a few cleansing,

Clearing breaths,

Breathing slowly in through the nose,

And exhale deeply through the mouth.

And as you inhale through the nose once again,

Start to lengthen the exhale,

Allowing it to be slightly longer than your inhale.

And one more full three-dimensional breath as you receive.

And exhale long,

Steady release as you let go of the day so far.

And now allowing the breath to return to its natural flow.

Imagine it brushing the inner edges of your chest like a soft wind.

Each breath begins to widen the space within you,

Each inhale filling up with new energy,

With each exhale releasing any effort,

Any expectations,

Any need to shape this moment into anything at all.

Sensing your body as a landscape,

Open,

Receptive,

Spacious,

A place where your breath can wander freely,

A place where awareness can settle without pressure.

Now gently bring your attention to the space around your body,

Notice the air touching your skin,

The subtle hum of the room,

Or the nature outside if you're.

Noticing the way sound moves through space without any resistance.

And allow your awareness to expand even further outward as though any boundaries of your body soften,

Like mist dissolving into open air.

No edges,

No separateness,

Just spacious presence.

And imagine a vast open sky above you,

Clear,

Open,

Limitless.

Begin to feel yourself opening to match it.

As you breathe in,

You are becoming the sky,

Your mind,

Your awareness,

Unbounded.

If a thought appears,

Greet it gently,

Welcome it,

And then let it float on by like a cloud drifting.

There's no need to engage,

No need to follow.

Simply notice its movement in the open field of awareness.

And now guide your awareness to the space within your body,

The chest,

The ribs,

The belly.

Feeling your breath creating expansion from the inside out.

Feel the subtle rising on the inhale,

The soft opening of receiving.

And the gentle release as you let go.

Invite spaciousness into your back body,

Between your shoulder blades,

Through the spine,

Into your pelvis.

Imagine light pulling in all the hidden corners.

Repeat quietly within,

I am open,

I am spacious,

I am ease.

I am open,

I am spacious,

I am ease.

Let each repetition widen your inner horizon.

Let each breath clear a new pathway of presence.

Sense the whole body now,

Not as something solid and defined,

But as luminous,

Fluid,

And gently expanding.

A soft constellation of sensation and breath.

Allowing awareness to rest in your heart space.

Feeling its openness,

Vast,

Unguarded,

Immeasurable.

With each inhale,

Breathing in more spaciousness.

With each exhale,

Breathing out peace.

Filling up on love.

And sharing that love and peace right back into the world.

Let your awareness widen once more beyond your body,

Into the room,

Beyond the walls,

Into the sky,

Into the great expanse holding everything.

And rest here in this boundless presence.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to change.

Just pure,

Spacious awareness,

The open sky within you.

And as your awareness gently returns to the body,

Feel the spaciousness you've touched,

Settling like soft light inside your chest,

Glowing,

Warm,

Quietly alive.

Let it root into you like deep earth holding the base of an ancient tree,

Steady and unwavering.

Let it rise through you like a sky opening in all directions,

Limitless,

Weightless,

Endlessly free.

May you move through your day in the world with grounded feet and a sky-lit heart,

Walking in the balance of earth and ether,

Strength and softness,

Presence and possibility.

And as your day unfolds,

May you return again to this gentle meeting place within you where your body meets breath,

Where the breath meets sky,

And where sky meets the deep unshakable center of you.
