冥想的方法在没有噪音及干扰的地方采取舒适的坐姿每天最好在同一地点同一时间进行关闭手机及其他设备轻轻地闭上双眼放松背部竖立但不必挺直花几分钟运用满心放松的方法让自己身体放松将注意力转向内在并在此瞬间观察自己然后轻轻地假设心中有一缕神圣的光想象光从内在吸引你以轻柔及自然的方式进行不必专注、集中假如发现自己的意识被其他念头分散轻轻回到内心圣光的意念上让意识停留在内心感觉自己融化在这个意识之中你可能会放松深入到无意识的状态这是可以的维持冥想直至你感到完结

感觉我盘腿端坐在一个圆形大殿中央,四周墙壁和地板全部是乳白色,穹顶中央有一个玻璃天窗,阳光透过天窗射进来一束光,照射着我,有一股感动流经我的身体,化作一道温暖的光进入我的心底,温暖内心放空的我。这种感动很好!
