Hello dear friend,

Often times we walk through life aimlessly,

Not knowing what to do and where to go,

Being afraid of making decisions or the fear that they might be the wrong decisions.

We spend years of our life wandering from place to place,

Until one day we hit a wall and suddenly we wake up,

Realizing that we are at a crossroads,

More or less forced to make a decision.

We feel the pressure but don't know what to do and how to dodge this one as well.

This meditation will help you feel more secure in your decisions without doubting yourself that you might have taken the wrong decision.

And if you are questioning yourself,

How will I know that I made a good decision?

The answer is you will feel a release of energy in your body.

I normally experience them in my solar plexus and chest area.

So let's dive right in,

Bring your awareness to this present moment,

In the here and now.

Notice what is happening in your body,

The moment you became aware of it and aware of your mind.

Settle your body in a comfortable posture.

If possible,

Move away from all distractions so you can have a bit of time out.

Time for yourself.

Shake off your arms and legs.

This is so you can disconnect from the outside world and connect with your inner world.

Hopefully you can sit up with your back nice and tall.

Gently rotate your head to your left,

Presumably you don't have any neck injuries.

Then back to centre and a gentle rotation to your right and back to centre.

Feel your eyelids closing down and giving your eyes permission to rest.

Notice how the muscles around your eyes begin to relax and soften.

Let go of any tension from your facial muscles.

Bring your attention to your body and feel if there is any tension you might be holding onto anywhere in your body.

Become aware of that tension,

Stress or discomfort.

And now I invite you to become aware of any part of your body that feels relaxed and at ease.

Notice the difference between the part of your body that feels relaxed and part of your body that feels tense.

Now become aware of your whole body and imagine a beautiful golden light shining brightly and activating your third eye.

Feel this golden light energy seeping into your third eye and from here spreading through your whole body,

Balancing and adjusting any energy imbalances.

Take slow and deep breaths through the nose and with every exhale let go and release any tension from your physical body.

Allow all the muscles,

Bones and fibres to soften,

Relax with ease and easily.

Relaxing fully and deeply,

See if you can activate the feeling of coming home to your essence,

To your core,

To your centre.

Imagine activating your solar plexus chakra which is located 2 inches above your belly button.

Visualise a golden sun-like colour opening up in your solar plexus.

This chakra is connected to your willpower,

Beliefs,

Your sense of identity and decision making place.

Feel how each breath swirls and activates your solar plexus chakra even more.

No need to rush with your breaths,

Allow them to be effortless,

Comforting,

Healing,

Bringing you to a place of inner knowing,

Stillness,

Patience and trust.

Notice if your mind begins to wander off,

Jumping to conclusions,

Looking for answers,

Kind of desperate to find an answer.

Sit back and relax,

Detaching your awareness from your mind and bringing it back to your breath,

To the sound of my voice.

Settle even deeper into your body and feel your connection to your true self,

Your true power,

Your inner strength.

Now bring to mind your problem or what you consider to be your problem.

Think about your current situation that creates within you a sense of struggle,

Suffering and stress.

When you're ready,

I invite you to ponder on the following questions.

What is the belief that created this problem?

What is causing suffering right now?

How would I feel if I could solve this problem?

How would I feel if I wouldn't consider this a problem?

What am I resisting right now?

Keep breathing in and out.

Feel free to let out a sigh or make a sound if you notice a heaviness pressing on your chest.

What messages am I open to receive from the universe?

What do I need in order to explore more?

What do I know to be true in my heart?

Keep breathing in and out and relax the body.

What does my future self wants me to know?

If you could ask your soul one question,

What would that be?

There is no need to have an answer for all these questions right now.

Give yourself permission to sit with these questions.

Go back and listen to this meditation any time you feel you are at a crossroads.

Allow your thoughts,

Feelings and emotions to come up so you can tend to them.

Notice any visuals or imprints showing up in your mind's eye.

Take a few easy and gentle breaths and when you're ready,

Come back into this space and time.

Give yourself another minute or two and gently open your eyes.
