If you'd like to place one hand on your heart,
Another hand on your stomach.
This is you supporting yourself.
And all of the universe that exists within you is supporting you right now.
And please take a deep breath.
And breathe out.
Now if you'd like to please imagine yourself as a little child.
Whatever age you were,
Whatever age comes to you,
That's okay,
That is perfect.
Now imagining yourself as a little child and whatever age that was,
Whether you're three years old in your image right now,
Four,
Five,
Whatever number comes to you is correct.
That was the age you decided to carry things for your parents.
You picked up your parents' burdens.
And whether that was their beliefs,
Personal to them,
Like no one loves me,
Or maybe I'm not good enough.
Whatever you may have picked up at that age,
We're going to work on that today.
A lot of love for your parents you tried to carry for them,
Hoping that it would lighten their burden,
Hoping that you could connect to them,
Hoping that they would notice you and love you.
But the way you picked up these patterns,
Behaviors,
Beliefs for your parents,
Your parents did the same with their parents.
It's not your fault,
But it's not their fault either.
But right now,
You are taking responsibility by doing this tapping session today,
By realizing you are carrying something that does not belong to you.
And if you'd like to open your eyes,
And I'll just do a short prayer.
Dear universe,
Dear God,
Please do your will for this tapping session.
Please help us release what we need to release and receive what we need to receive.
Please say the words for us,
And please do your will,
Amen.
And we'll meet me at the side of hand.
And please repeat after me.
Even though I may have been carrying burdens that do not belong to me,
I still deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I may have been carrying beliefs that do not apply to me anymore,
I still deeply and completely honor all of me and all of my experiences.
Even though out of love for my parents,
I tried to carry for them their pain,
I still deeply and completely love and accept myself exactly as I am,
Because I was created exactly as I am.
Eyebrow,
All of these burdens I've been carrying.
Side of eye,
They do not belong to me.
Under eye,
When I was really young.
Under nose,
I wanted to connect to my parents or caretakers.
Under lip,
I just wanted to be loved.
Collarbone,
And one way I wanted to be loved.
Side of eye,
Was to be seen and heard.
Side of chest,
Sorry.
Top of hand.
And so I picked up what I saw in front of me.
Eyebrow,
Whether it was beliefs of my parents.
Side of eye,
Or whether it was their patterns and behaviors.
Under eye,
Somewhere in my soul I thought.
Under nose,
If I'm carrying the same thing as them.
Under lip,
I will look like them and connect to them.
Collarbone,
Or at the very least it might lighten their load.
Side of chest,
That's how much love I had.
Top of head,
And because I am still carrying it today.
Eyebrow,
That's how much love I still have.
Side of eye,
But now I am an adult.
Under eye,
And I realize that there are better ways to connect to my parents.
Under nose,
Ways that serve me.
Under lip,
And ways that does not hurt me.
Collarbone,
Whatever I've been carrying for my parents.
Side of chest,
I choose to put it down now.
Top of head,
I choose to lighten my load.
Eyebrow,
Because I love and respect myself.
Side of eye,
It was not my fault that I carried their burdens.
Under eye,
It was out of love and devotion.
Under nose,
The same way it was not my parents' fault they had all of these burdens.
Under lip,
They were just carrying it out of love and devotion for their own parents.
Collarbone,
But when I give back these burdens to its rightful owners,
Side of chest,
People after me,
Top of head,
Like my children and grandchildren.
Eyebrow,
Will not have to carry all of these burdens.
Side of eye,
Side of eye,
So when I decide I am going to heal myself,
Under eye,
I am also deciding to heal my lineage.
Under nose,
I am deciding to heal my children and grandchildren.
Under lip,
And when I return these burdens to their rightful owners,
Collarbone,
In this case,
My parents.
Side of chest,
They can return it to their rightful owners.
Top of head,
They get the invitation to also put down their own burdens.
Eyebrow,
So when I choose to heal myself,
Side of eye,
I am healing everybody I love.
Under eye,
Whatever I have been carrying,
Under nose,
I choose to see them right now.
Under lip,
When I know what I have been carrying,
I can differentiate which one is mine and which is not.
Side of chest,
Whatever I have been carrying,
I allow it to come in front of me now.
Top of head,
Beliefs that do not belong to me.
Eyebrow,
Blocks that are not mine.
Side of eye,
Limiting beliefs that do not belong to me.
Under eye,
Pain that is not mine to hold.
Under nose,
Fears that were never mine to carry.
Under lip,
Negative emotions that were never mine to feel.
Collarbone,
Everything that has not been mine.
Eyebrow,
Side of chest,
I allow it to come forward in front of me now.
Top of head,
I am aware of all the things I have been carrying.
Eyebrow,
That were never mine to carry.
And please repeat after me as I say,
Dear parents,
Under eye,
I tried to take this from you.
Under nose,
All of this pain that wasn't mine.
Under lip,
All of these patterns and behaviors that was never mine.
Collarbone,
I tried to carry this for you because I love you.
Side of chest,
I carry this for you to make it my own in your service.
Top of head,
I recognize now that by doing this,
Eyebrow,
I do you no honor.
Side of eye,
And I do me no honor.
Under eye,
And so I return it to you now.
Under nose,
I honor your fate.
Under lip,
And I leave it with you.
Collarbone,
With the same love and respect that I took it.
Side of chest,
I honor your fate and I know you can handle it.
Top of head,
The way I can handle my own fate.
And if you'd like to just carry everything you've been holding,
Put out your arms.
Feel the energy of everything you've been carrying that was never yours to hold.
Just feel the energy in your arms.
And when you're ready,
Please put it down.
At your parents' feet.
Allow the energy to shift from your arms back down to your parents' feet.
They can handle it the way you are handling it right now.

I have created space in my life now.

Space to believe anything I want to.

Space to create new patterns and behaviors in my life.

And I choose love.

I choose loving patterns and behaviors.

I choose love.
I fill my life with love and kindness now.

Through that love,
I see my own capabilities.

I see my own strength and creativity.

I see my true self.

My true self is abundant and limitless.

My true self is how higher power created me.

My true self is this limitless universe.

I have the same material in me.

That exists in the stars above me.

I have the same energy in me.

That exists in that abundant sun above me.

I allow myself to see and feel my own power.

And I use that power for good and love.

I use that power to better my life.

And when I better my life,

I better the life of my children and their children and their children.

And I create space for my parents and their parents and their parents to heal.

I choose to feel that powerful love in my life.

Because I have returned what does not belong to me.

And I can hold on to what does not belong to me.
I can hold what now belongs to me.
Under nose,
And I can choose what belongs to me.
Under lip,
I choose love and abundance.

I choose limitless power.

I choose strength and creativity.
Top of head,
And I choose serenity and peace of mind.
Eyebrow,
I love myself.
Side of eye,
I accept myself exactly as I am.
Under eye,
And I see who exactly I am right now.
Under nose,
I see myself the way the universe sees me.
Under lip,
Beautiful and bright and powerful.

I see myself exactly as I am,
Which is perfect exactly where I am.

I choose to love myself exactly as I am.

The way the universe loves me exactly as I am.
It loves my mind,
