Coming to a position that's comfortable,

Sitting up or lying down,

Whatever feels good for you and your body.

Unclenching your jaw,

Giving it a little massage if you'd like.

We sometimes forget that we're holding a lot of tension and parts of our bodies.

Giving our necks now a little turn from left to right,

Up and down.

Just turning it and releasing any tension that we may be holding here,

Any pain or worries that are hidden behind our necks.

Bowing our necks sometimes helps remove that heaviness behind our neck,

That tension that we don't realize is there.

Placing one hand on your heart and the other hand on your stomach,

Coming to a position that feels like you're holding yourself,

That you're supporting yourself in this moment.

Feeling our heart beat through our chest,

Feeling those beats on our palm,

Just letting our heart breathe,

Feeling our heart live,

Feeling our heart beat for us every second of every day,

Just loving us unconditionally.

We're going to imagine love coming from our heart,

Source of our heart,

That love,

Whatever color you'd like it to be,

Pink,

Red,

Blue.

We're going to imagine that beautiful color as a glowing light of love,

Just surrounding us,

Surrounding our heart.

And we're going to inhale that beautiful,

Glowing,

Loving light into our bodies,

Entering our nose,

Filling light into our chest,

Our lungs,

Our arms,

Our legs,

Our toes,

Filling up with love and light.

And that love entering every part of our cell,

Each and every cell of our body,

Plumping up with beautiful love and light.

Feeling gratitude and love for our bodies,

Our physical body that continuously works for us.

Giving love to our bodies that is our home,

Our loving home.

And when we exhale,

We're going to imagine that loving light exhaling out onto the world to everyone we know,

To all our loved ones,

Our friends,

Our family,

Receiving that beautiful,

Glowing love from within our hearts.

And we're going to inhale that loving light,

Breathe in.

And exhale that love to everyone.

And now we're going to breathe in that love for ourselves,

For all our experiences,

For everything that we've gone through.

Just breathing in that love in every part of our lives,

When we wake up in the morning,

Till we go to sleep,

Just inhaling beautiful,

Glowing love.

And we're going to breathe in that love now.

Inhale.

And exhale.

That love to everyone around us,

To our loved ones,

To our friends,

To our family,

To their experiences,

To what they've gone through.

To love them from the moment they wake up,

To the moment they go to bed,

Just full of love.

And next,

We're going to inhale love to all of our pain,

Our fear,

Our worries,

Our loneliness,

All the dark parts within us.

And when we exhale,

We're going to be exhaling that love and light to everyone else's pain,

To other people's fears,

Worries,

Loneliness,

Anger,

To other people's darkness.

We're going to be exhaling that loving light into their darkness.

Loving light into their darkness.

Move into our pain,

Breathe in.

And exhale that love to everyone else's pain.

Coming back to the sensation of our heart,

Feeling it deep on our palms.

Feeling that energy and love vibrating in our hearts.

Our heart deserves the same love that it keeps giving to everyone else and to us.

And we're going to inhale love into our hearts.

We're going to imagine that glowing,

Loving light entering our heart.

And when we exhale,

We're going to imagine that love entering everyone else's heart.

And we're going to breathe in now that love.

And exhale.

Seeing and feeling that love entering everyone else's hearts.

And one more time,

We're going to breathe in that love into our heart.

And exhale that love to everyone else's heart.

Coming back now,

Feeling our fingers,

Wiggling our toes.

I invite you to thank your body.

Thank your body for continuously working.

Thank your body for being a beautiful,

Loving home.

And thank your body for the possibility of being alive and for experiencing life.

And thank yourselves for being here,

For choosing yourselves in this very moment,

For choosing light,

For choosing love.

And lastly,

Please thank your heart for beating love for ourselves,

Beating love for everyone,

Beating love and life,

Making life a beautiful,

Loving place to be.

Thank you.

Namaste.
