Welcome to this guided meditation to awaken and deepen your intuition.

Intuition is something innate in everybody.

This guided meditation is a tool to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your own intuition.

Find a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed during this guided meditation.

Begin to lengthen your breath,

Sending the oxygen of every inhale to your belly and relaxing your belly with every exhale.

Notice your body become more and more relaxed.

Have you ever had a gut feeling about something?

Perhaps you felt a sensation sweep through your body like an alarm warning you of something.

It felt like an inner knowingness.

The mental chatter in your mind is a normal part of the human experience,

But it can sometimes cloud your ability to deeply connect with your intuition.

So let's begin by simply noticing the thoughts that continue to enter your mind.

Just observe them come and go as if you're watching a movie on a screen.

Simply observe them.

The you that is noticing and observing the thoughts is the essence of who you really are.

You are not your thoughts,

Or even your feelings.

You are the one witnessing the thoughts and feelings as they come and as they go.

Your intuition is the part of your awareness that speaks to you,

Often in very subtle ways.

You may feel sensations in different parts of your body.

Or you may hear words or phrases.

Or perhaps you may see visual images in your mind that communicate a particular message.

However your intuition speaks to you,

Acknowledge and appreciate that you have this intuition.

If you feel you haven't been able to connect to your inner intuition in the past,

Trust that you will begin to access it more and more.

Shift your focus now to the area between your eyebrows.

Imagine a beautiful glowing indigo light there.

This deep purplish blue color is very vivid and very vibrant.

This area between your eyes is often associated with your inner awareness,

Your intuition,

Your perception,

And even your spiritual connection.

Now say to yourself,

I practice listening to my intuition.

I am learning ways that work best for me to get in better touch with my intuition.

My intuition grows stronger and stronger each and every day.

I respect and honor my intuition.

My intuition guides me to my highest good.

My intuition is one of my greatest gifts.

I trust my intuition.

I practice listening to my intuition.

I am learning ways that work best for me to get in better touch with my intuition.

My intuition grows stronger and stronger each and every day.

I respect and honor my intuition.

My intuition guides me to my highest good.

My intuition is one of my greatest gifts.

I trust my intuition.

I practice listening to my intuition.

Pausing for a moment and waiting patiently as your intuition guides you towards anything you need to know right now.

Open your eyes whenever you are ready.
