As a Somatic Experiencing (SE™) student (est. grad date: 2027), Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP), NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Ariel specializes in guiding individuals to heal their nervous systems, rewrite the unconscious beliefs that keep them stuck in behavior patterns that don't serve them, redefine success on their terms, and redesign their healthiest, most aligned and fulfilling lives from the inside out. Drawing on a psychology degree earned at UC Santa Barbara, her current enrollment in a 3-year trauma-healing somatics program, as well as her personal experience navigating stuck trauma and diagnosed Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Ariel is deeply committed to helping her clients release outdated patterns, embrace meaningful change, and realign with their highest potential.
