Welcome to this guided meditation,
I am so glad that you are here,
Before we begin find a flat surface to lay down on,
A floor,
A yoga mat or your bed,
Make sure that all distractions are kept far away,
And feel your spine on the surface that you are laying on and release as much tension as you can at this moment,
Now allow your head to find a comfortable position on whatever surface you are lying on,
Let the full weight of your head rest down,
There is nothing to hold,
There is no need to grip,
Adjust yourself as much as you need and relax,
Release any tension in your jaw,
Any tension in your tongue,
No grinding of the teeth,
Just close your mouth,
Do not purse your lips together,
Just let them touch gently,
Close your eyes,
Now inhale through your nose and out through your mouth,
Again inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Release any tension held in the lips,
In the cheeks,
In the jaw and in the tongue,
When you release the tension here you should feel your neck release,
Allow your head to rest heavy on the surface,
Allowing your spine to melt into the surface beneath you and relax,
Pay close attention to your eyelids,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your nose,
Now relax your jaw,
Your tongue and your lips,
Allow each and every part of your face to relax,
Relax your scalp and unfurrow your brow,
Relax your lips,
Relax your tongue,
Unclench your jaw and feel the full weight of your head resting on the surface suspended from the top of your spinal column,
Now take your hands and turn them upwards,
Turn your palms up towards the ceiling,
Pay attention to any misalignments or tension that you feel in your shoulders,
Imagine that your body is being pulled downwards towards the ground,
Bringing your shoulder blades closer together beneath you,
Relax the muscles between your neck and shoulders,
In front and in the back,
Feel yourself being dragged down towards the ground in deep relaxation,
Be conscious and curious of any misalignments that you feel and feel free to adjust yourself,
Extend your hands to the side of you,
Palms pointing towards the ceiling,
Allowing any tension to release,
Now with your eyes still closed,
Lift your gaze upwards behind your eyelids,
Lift your eyes up towards your eyebrows and from here send your awareness up and over the top of your head,
Past your scalp,
Down the back of your neck and start making your way consciously down your spinal column,
As if your mind has just done a slow backwards somersault,
Focusing on your spinal column,
I want you to intend to bring a warm healing white light with you,
Starting at the very top of your spinal column,
Your cervical spine and slowly vertebrae by vertebrae,
Bringing in the healing white light and releasing any tension held between each one of your vertebraes,
Breathe in the white light into the space between each of these remarkable vertebraes,
As you do this move down through your cervical spine,
One vertebrae at a time,
Releasing,
Filling each space with white light,
As you move down you enter your thoracic spine,
This is your upper back,
Continue down vertebrae by vertebrae,
From T1,
T2,
T3,
Bringing light into each space between the vertebraes,
T4,
T5,
Releasing tension on both sides,
T6,
T7,
T8,
Keeping your eyelids relaxed,
Your tongue relaxed,
Your lips closed,
T9 and stop here,
Stay here,
T9 is a very important vertebrae for you,
There is conflict stored here,
A war between who you are and who you have pretended to be,
A mask that you built to survive,
A version of you that was never meant to be the real you,
Your masculine energy was suppressed here or attacked verbally or physically,
And your vital force responded the only way that you knew how,
You became hard,
You became apathetic,
You became stern because that was survival,
Feel T9 under the white light now,
Let the white light press into the tension here on both sides of this vertebrae,
Feel it soften,
Now from T9 feel a cord of energy extending outwards to the right side of your ribcage,
Follow this cord from your spine to your liver,
A thread of green light connecting your spinal column to your liver,
Follow that cord and you will find that you arrive at your liver,
Here is your liver beneath your right ribcage,
Heavy,
Dense,
Warm,
This is the largest organ inside your body,
You might start to feel a sense of the weight of it,
You may feel heaviness here,
A thickness,
A fullness that does not belong to you,
That heaviness is not a natural part of you,
That heaviness is everything that you have swallowed instead of spoken,
Every reaction that you suppressed,
Every truth that you held down,
Your liver sits on your right side,
Your masculine side,
A side that faces the external world,
A side that handles business,
Money,
Ambition and visibility,
And yours has been carrying your anger about all of it,
The anger not being where you want to be,
The frustration of not getting ahead,
The resentment of watching yourself hold back when you know what you are capable of,
Now acknowledge your liver and thank it,
It has been holding all of this for you,
Every grudge,
Every bitter thought,
Every single moment of suppressed rage,
Your liver has been filtering it,
Processing it and storing it,
And your liver is tired,
Now place your awareness inside the liver,
Inside the cells of your liver,
And feel the green light from T9 arriving here,
Filling the tissue,
Filling the bile ducts,
Washing it through with beautiful green vibrant energy,
And in your mind the word release,
Release,
Now we go deeper,
Your liver is the organ of renewal,
It is the only organ in your body that can regenerate itself,
It can lose tissue and grow it back,
Your liver is built for upgrades,
It is built to start again,
Remember that,
You are built to start again,
Now feel where your liver connects to your diaphragm,
The dome of muscle that sits above your liver,
Your diaphragm holds anxiety,
It holds fear,
Your anger is not the root,
Beneath the anger is fear,
Beneath the frustration is anxiety,
You might be angry because you are afraid,
Afraid of what happens if you show up fully in the external world,
Afraid of what happens if you let people see the real you,
The one behind the mask you built at vertebrae T9,
Feel your diaphragm now,
Feel the tightness there,
The shape,
We are going to do some diaphragmatic breathing,
Breathe in deeply through your nose and expand the ribcage,
Give your liver space,
Push the diaphragm down as you inhale,
And let it rise as you exhale,
Exhale,
Release again,
Feel the right side of your ribcage opening,
Exhale,
Releasing,
Feel your liver softening beneath you,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your tongue,
And feel the weight of your body being pulled towards the floor,
Feel your liver again,
Any resentment stored here about money,
Command it to release,
Any bitterness about where you are versus where you want to be,
Command it to release,
Any rage at the people who suppressed your power,
Who attacked your masculinity,
Who forced you into a role that was never yours,
Command it to release,
You do not need it,
It is not protecting you,
It is poisoning you,
Your liver has been filtering your pain,
And the stagnation that has accumulated here is an armor,
An armor that you no longer need,
Your liver does not need to protect you from your own emotions anymore,
Say it in your mind,
I see my anger and I am not afraid of it,
I built a mask to survive and I am taking it off,
Do not need to carry resentment to prove I was wronged,
My liver is clean,
My liver is clear,
My liver is renewed,
Any unpleasant thoughts that arise,
Any resistance,
Any tightness,
Any voice that says you cannot do this,
Say in your mind,
Cancel,
Now fill your entire liver with green light,
Every hepatic cell,
Every bile duct,
The portal vein,
The right lobe,
The left lobe,
All of it bathed in green light,
And witness that green light transitioning now to a white light,
The purest healing light,
Your liver regenerates it,
Upgrades it,
And right now it is upgrading,
Releasing the fatty deposits,
Releasing the stored anger,
Releasing the old version of you that needed armor,
Your body knows how to heal your liver,
And your liver knows how to heal you,
It has been doing it your entire life,
Now notice the work that you have done,
Notice that something has shifted,
Feel the change in your liver,
Feel the change beneath your right ribcage,
Where there was heaviness,
There is now space,
Where there was density,
There is now light,
Where there was anger,
There is now clarity,
Where there was fear in the diaphragm,
There is now a fullness of breath,
Your liver feels different now,
Lighter,
Cleaner,
Renewed,
The mask you once held at vertebrae T9 has softened,
The cord of energy between your spine and your liver is flowing freely now,
Green and white light moving without obstruction,
You showed up for yourself today,
You looked at the parts of you that are hard to look at,
The anger,
The fear,
The mask,
The armor,
And you successfully released them all,
Notice that you are still here,
You are still breathing,
You are safe,
Nothing was lost,
Everything was gained,
Breathe into this change,
Now take the healing that you have done and pull it back,
Back from your liver,
Back along the cord of energy to vertebrae T9,
Back to your spine,
Now feel the white light gather at T9 and continue to pull this energy back,
And now carry it back up your spine or column,
Up your vertebrae,
Up vertebrae T8,
T7,
T6,
Pulling the white light with you to T5,
T4,
T3,
T2,
T1,
Up through your cervical spine,
Up to the very top of your spinal column,
Pull the energy,
Carry it over the top of your head,
Pulling it like pulling off a t-shirt,
Back over,
Like a wave over the crown of your head,
Down to your eyes,
Allowing this energy to melt over your face,
Down your neck,
Down your throat,
Down your chest,
Down your arms,
Down your hands and down your torso,
Letting it pass through your liver again as it descends,
Second wave of healing,
Down through your diaphragm,
Down through your belly,
Down your hips,
Down your leg,
Down your knees and to your feet,
Allowing it to fill and expand throughout your entire body,
Feel it expanding beyond your body,
Into your aura,
Watch it grow,
Watch it expand,
Observe it filling any gaps,
Any holes in your energy field,
See it patched up with this amazing healing white light,
Breathe into it,
Let it radiate,
Sit in this energy,
You are whole,
You are clear,
You are renewed,
Now give gratitude,
Thank your liver for its work,
Thank your liver for carrying what you could not carry consciously,
Thank your diaphragm for showing you the fear beneath the anger,
Thank vertebrae T9 for holding the memory so you could find it and release it,
Thank your spine for carrying this energy,
Thank your body for its wisdom,
Thank yourself for showing up today,
This is an act of self-love,
