Learn The Spiritual Meanings Of The Spine And Nervous System

With Zac Carpenter

Your spine is more than the structure that holds you up. It's a living map of your emotional and energetic life, from the identity you hold in your neck to the survival instinct rooted in your tailbone. In this course you'll travel that map, learning from one vertebra at a time. Each short lecture explores the spiritual and emotional meaning of a part of your spine; what it tends to hold, the chakra it connects to, and the question it's quietly asking. Then a guided meditation takes you down the spine to feel it in the body, release what you're ready to release, and integrate the shift. You'll learn how your central nervous system stores experience, how the chakras map onto the spinal column, and a simple hands-on practice for working with your own energy anywhere, anytime. Whether you're drawn to chakra healing, somatic and nervous-system work, emotional release, or simply deep relaxation, this is a gentle, body-based path back to yourself. This is a reflective energy and meditation practice, offered alongside your medical and mental-health care, never in place of it.

Travel down your spine, meet held emotions, and reconnect with your nervous system through short talks and meditations.

Zac Carpenter is an integrative holistic consultant and energy practitioner with over eight years of experience working directly with clients across more than 1,700 individual sessions. He is a fully insured and licensed practitioner trained formally in Reiki, Quantum Healing, Homeopathy, and Tarot. His approach to the chakra system emerged not from a single tradition but from years of cross-referencing multiple disciplines — energy work, homeopathy, numerology and Jungian psychological theory, specifically the archetypal architecture of the Major Arcana — until what he had was not a collection of modalities but a single integrated method. That integration is the foundation this course is built on. Zac works at the intersection of the energetic and the psychological, using direct chakra field reading alongside tarot as a precision psychological mapping instrument and homeopathy as energetic medicine. His understanding of the archetypes that govern each chakra — both the positive expressions and the shadow patterns — comes from sustained clinical observation of what actually runs underneath the surface of people's lives, rather than from theory alone. He has a particular interest in the places where spiritual literacy and genuine healing diverge: where understanding a concept in the mind has not yet reached the body, where a pattern has been named but not resolved, where a person is doing all the recognised work and something essential is still not moving. The depth and specificity of this course reflect that interest directly. His background includes early training in performance and the creative industries, which informs the emotional intelligence and precision of observation he brings to his practice. He works with clients internationally.
