From there, a full guided journey takes you into your own Records, followed by a forensic method for making sense of what came through, so you find the real insight rather than taking everything at face value. Once you can read your own Records with confidence, you'll learn to hold that space for someone else through the observation deck method, including the ethics that keep it clean and sovereign. The course closes with how to come back grounded and protected, so the practice gives you more than it takes. You'll need a journal, a little protected time, and an open mind. By the end, you'll have a complete, repeatable practice you can use for your own clarity and, if you choose, with clients.
