Welcome to our Back to the Womb guided meditation.
In this session,
We will transport you back to the very beginning.
When you are nothing but cells being developed in your mother's womb.
We will journey on this path together as we grow from our original cells into the bodies we are in today.
So that we may emerge as our reborn selves.
Feel free to sit comfortably and close your eyes as we take a gentle breath and ease into this experience.
You are now in the womb of your mother.
Warm and soft.
Listening to the beating of her heart from within.
Feeling the safety and security of every beat.
Gentle vibrations hold you safely in the womb.
Protected from all outside stimulation.
As your cells start to connect and grow.
Beginning your journey of life.
In this stage,
You are just your heart.
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
A strong beating heart as you grow from this foundation.
Your heart is the first body part that forms during pregnancy.
This is the origin of who you are.
Each of your organs have now begun forming inside of you.
Observe the subtle movements you feel in the stillness of this moment.
As you continue to grow,
Bring your awareness to your spine.
And feel as your spine begins to develop.
Growing vertebrae by vertebrae.
Move your spine around from side to side.
Gently swaying and rocking back and forth and side to side.
Feeling the first movements of your development into your human body.
Gentle swaying.
Gentle moving.
Your spine holds the core of your body and attaches all other body parts into one.
Observe the new strength you feel within each vertebrae as they shine with new life.
You are warm and safe in the womb of your mother.
Growing into this beautiful new human being.
Just breathe into the comfort of these feelings.
Just listen to the heartbeat.
The comfort and warmth you feel from every beat fills you with life.
As your body continues to grow,
Your arms and legs have now begun to form.
Tune into how your legs feel as if you were feeling them for the first time.
Make subtle movements with them as your awareness fills your legs and feet with new life.
Allowing the vibrations of sound to awaken your senses as your legs and feet have been renewed.
Now observe your arms and hands.
Extending them outwardly and back again.
Lifting your arms up and back down.
Slowly and easily as your soul embodies your limbs.
Connecting you with your body as if it were for the first time.
Gently stretching your arms out and bringing them in.
Filling them with renewed life and strength.
Observe now how your toes and fingers have now finished forming.
Slowly move them around as your awareness enters your feet and hands once again.
Clenching your toes in and extending them.
Clenching your fingers in and extending them.
Feeling this newfound life and strength within them.
Just listen to the heartbeat.
Every interior organ and every exterior body part has been recreated within you.
Your face has completely developed.
Perfect and beautiful.
Exactly as it is.
Your body is ready to move.
Your eyes ready to see.
Your ears are ready to hear.
And your nose is ready to smell.
You may now open your eyes.
Your body has been recreated.
Your soul recharged.
And right now,
You are reborn.
Emerge from the womb as a new person.
Reconnected with your entire body,
You are now ready to experience the world.
