Hi.

Welcome to Healing Heart Center and this guided meditation that's dedicated just for you.

I want you to focus on finding a safe,

Comfortable place where you can relax with your eyes closed or hold a downward gaze.

This could be a comfortable chair,

A mat on the floor,

Or even your bed.

Once you've gotten into that comfortable position,

I want you to focus on closing your eyes or having that downward gaze,

Potentially focusing on a particular spot with that downward gaze.

And once you've done that and you've truly kind of gotten relaxed,

I want you to go ahead and start breathing in and out through your nose,

Focusing on expanding your lungs,

Feeling your chest rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.

Deep breaths in through your nose,

Exhaling through your nose,

Recognizing what that sensation feels like in our chest.

I'd like for you to start envisioning each breath and each inhale going all the way to the tips of your toes.

Inhale deep and envision that breath trailing down through your body,

Past your knees,

Through your shins,

To your toes.

With that breath there in your toes,

I want you to recognize what that space feels like.

Are you holding tension or stress there?

I want you to go ahead and relax your toes,

Releasing them if they're tense and tight,

Stretching them outward,

And creating a space while you're wiggling them.

And with your exhaled breaths,

I want you to focus on exhaling away that tension that you've recognized in that space,

Releasing the tension,

That feeling of overwhelmment or anxiety.

Envision your breath blowing away all of that negativity or stressful energy and allowing for space to take on positive energy and a feeling of light clarity.

And with your next few breaths in,

Focus on breathing to your knees,

Allowing that inhale to go directly to the space,

Releasing any tension,

Stress,

Or pressure.

If you need to,

Even move your knees around,

Bending them ever so slightly back and forth,

Acknowledging any tension or tightness you may have there,

Any pain or discomfort.

And with that exhaled breath,

Give yourself the grace to release that tension,

That negativity or stress,

Leaving space only for clarity and only for positive vibes.

And with your next few inhaled breaths,

I want you to focus on bringing that breath to your hips,

Recognizing if there's any tension,

Tightness,

Stress,

Pain,

Anxiety,

Or overwhelmment,

Releasing that tension.

If you need to,

Sway your hip back and forth from side to side ever so gently,

Allowing that breath to really fill that space,

Clearing it out from any tension or burden,

Really envisioning that exhaled breath,

Pulling that negativity out from your body,

Releasing the tension and the stress,

Leaving you only clarity,

Positivity,

Light,

And love in your hip space.

And with your next few breaths in,

Let's focus on inhaling towards our gut,

Towards our stomach region,

Really allowing our breath to fill that space,

Picking up any sensations that we have of tension,

Of worry,

Of burden,

Giving yourself that space to be able to work through that tension.

And with that exhaled breath,

Really focus on exhaling that negative energy out from your core,

Releasing it from your body,

Allowing for only clarity,

Only light,

And only love.

And with your next few breaths in,

Really focus on drawing that breath to your heart's center.

Take a moment to just acknowledge whatever stress or strain you're holding there in your core heart,

Allowing that fluidity of your breath to fill the chambers,

Releasing any tension or anxiety or sadness or pain from that space,

Creating only a space to allow for light,

Love,

Clarity.

Take a few more moments to exhale all of that out from your heart center,

So you can truly lead the rest of this meditation with light and love.

And with your next few breaths in,

We're going to slowly bring that inhaled breath up to our crown,

Up to our head space,

Recognizing any tension that we may hold in this area.

Maybe relax your jaw by dropping it down,

Releasing any tension you're holding in your tongue by relaxing it from the roof of your mouth.

Recognize if you're holding any tension by your ears,

By your brow,

By your forehead space.

With those exhaled breaths,

Focus your energy on relaxing your crown space,

Releasing tension or stress,

Releasing any feeling of overwhelming,

Leaving behind nothing but clarity,

Inspiration,

And motivation for your next steps of guided meditation.

With that exhaled breath,

Continue to release anything that holds space of negativity,

Allowing only positive energy to remain.

And with your next few inhaled breaths,

Envision those inhaled breaths going all the way from your tips of your toes to the crown space,

Flowing back and forth like a seesaw in your body,

Doing a full body scan,

Ensuring that no tension has been left behind,

Giving yourself that extra grace to release that tension and stress throughout your body that remains through each exhaled breath.

And now that your full body has been scanned,

Ridding yourself of any negativity,

Leaving behind only positivity,

I want you to focus on breathing to a count of four,

Allowing for your body to only hold positive energy,

Energy,

Clarity,

A sense of safety,

And love.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale,

Hold.

Bring yourself back to breathing in at a comfortable,

Neutral pace for yourself,

Recognizing that your whole body has been released from tension and stress,

Drawing in only the positivity,

Light,

And love,

Allowing that white light and space to fill all around you and all inside you.

And as we conclude this meditation,

Slowly bring yourself back to center,

Acknowledging that your heart's center is full of love.

Thank you for joining this guided meditation with Healing Hearts Center.
