Welcome to Healing Arts Collective.

I'm Shelley,

A Therapeutic Arts Healer and Mindset Coach.

Find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling your chest and belly rise with each breath,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Let go of the outside world,

And for a moment,

Turn your focus inward.

As you continue to breathe at your own pace,

Visualize a warm,

Gentle light at the center of your chest.

This light is the essence of self-love,

And with each breath,

It begins to glow brighter and warmer,

Filling your heart space with its comforting presence.

Feel this light expanding with every inhale,

Radiating throughout your body like a soothing embrace.

With every exhale,

Release any negative thoughts or self-doubt that might be lingering.

You are in a safe space,

Surrounded by unconditional love.

Now place your hands over your heart,

Feeling the warmth of your touch.

As you do,

Repeat these affirmations quietly or in your mind.

I am worthy of love and kindness.

I am deserving of all the good that comes my way.

I embrace my imperfections and love myself unconditionally.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

As these affirmations resonate within you,

Imagine this warm light expanding further,

Wrapping your entire body in a cocoon of self-love.

Visualize this light infusing every cell with positivity and acceptance.

Now bring your mind to a moment when you felt truly loved and cherished.

It could be a memory with a loved one,

A place that brings you joy,

Or a time that you felt completely at peace.

Feel the emotions associated with that memory,

The warmth,

The joy,

The comfort.

Allow these feelings to merge with the light of self-love within you.

Know that you are capable of generating these feelings within yourself at any moment.

You have the power to nurture and care for yourself in the same way you would a dear friend.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Feel the presence of self-love within you,

A constant source of support and kindness.

Know that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to reconnect with your own worthiness.

Take a final deep breath,

Exhaling any remaining tension or worries.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this feeling of self-love with you throughout your day,

Allowing it to guide your thoughts and actions.

Remember,

Self-love is not a destination.

It's a journey of continuous growth and compassion.

You are deserving of your own love and kindness.

May you continue to nurture and cultivate this beautiful relationship with yourself.
