Thank you for being willing to be here with me now.
I know it's not always easy for you to show up for yourself,
To focus on your well-being,
I know it can cause discomfort both in the mind and body.
But there is something greater within you that knows that bringing your full presence here is what is healing for you.
You are not broken and you do not need to be fixed.
But you do want to remember and lovingly tend to the parts of you that need you.
So let's be here together.
Being very gentle and soft as we go through this experience today.
If at any time you wish to pause this or stop this track completely that is absolutely fine.
I invite you to go at your own pace and trust what you can handle and process and what needs a bit more time.
You are your number one guide.
So if you feel ready to explore this practice together,
I invite you to settle into a comfortable position in a space that feels safe to you.
This may be in a cosy place in your home or outside amongst Mother Earth.
Whatever place feels right for you.
You may be seated,
Lying down,
Or in whatever position makes you feel held and supported in this moment.
You may close your eyes if this feels comforting for you,
Or you may have them open,
Just residing with a soft gaze.
As you breathe slowly and deeply in and out of your nose.
I invite you to notice the rise and fall of the breath as it flows through your body.
This breath moves through you with ease and grace.
It is safe to breathe.
It is safe to breathe slowly and deeply into your body.
Feel this now.
The breath is always there for you.
It always resides within you,
Even though its rhythm may change.
It knows you well.
You are safe here with these long deep breaths.
Consciously feel your shoulders drop and sink down.
As you feel safe to relax a bit more.
And feel the sense of relaxation move through your body.
Feel your body sink deeper into whatever you may be sitting or lying on now.
Your body feels safe to relax even more into this moment of stillness that you have created.
I am safe here.
I am safe in my body.
I am safe to feel.
Become aware of your inner experience within your body.
Perhaps you notice sensations such as a tingling,
Warmth.
Tension Expansion A movement of something.
Simply notice with a sense of curiosity.
You may feel discomfort and if you do,
I invite you to stay with it.
Give it your unconditional presence.
You can always bring your conscious awareness back to your breath to support you.
To help you feel safe within the discomfort.
So gently at your own pace,
Anchor into your body's physical experience now.
There is so much occurring within this blessed body of yours.
There is so much to be felt and experienced.
And so much is occurring beyond your control and effort.
And that's all for your well-being.
All for a purpose.
Whether that be to have a healthy functioning physical body to process emotions and experiences that you have gone through.
You are held safely within your body that has an innate intelligence.
Weaving together your spiritual self and nervous system that guides you by sending you messages through feelings within your body and intuition.
Wanting to keep you alive,
Safe and living in alignment with who you came here to be.
Breathe into that.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Deeper into your inner experience.
Feeling safe.
Feeling how Memories,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations may come and go during this time and that's okay.
Allow the unfolding of your experience to be as it is without judgement.
Feel then be fully present to what is.
You are safe here.
Relax.
Relax.
Allow any messages and inner guidance to rise up to the surface and be acknowledged by you.
Take a gentle 10 minutes here to be with and honour this sacred part of you.
Of your somatic world that will always be within you.
That you will be in a safe loving partnership with even if the mind hasn't caught up to this yet.
Bee.
Feel.
Listen.
Remember and reattune to this beautiful part of you that makes you human.
You allowing healing and integration.
Allowing remembrance.
Allowing appreciation.
For your divine physical vessel that you inhabit.
Notice how you feel within now,
After being present with your body.
Perhaps something feels like it has shifted,
Transformed or activated.
Perhaps you feel more grounded and connected to yourself as a whole holistic being.
Perhaps you feel more relaxed and at peace in this moment.
You may feel no change.
You may feel more aware of what is present within you more aware of any tension or discomfort and that is okay Awareness is key because it allows you to know what may need further presence and love from you.

Allowing the breath to exhale out through the mouth with a sigh.
