Transformative deep sleep meditation.

What if sleep could be a portal for you to healing,

To reprogramming,

To reconditioning your consciousness level body.

This transformational deep sleep meditation is going to help you not only sleep deeper but create powerful shifts in your subconscious body without even your conscious awareness as you rest as you sleep you'll recalibrate your cells to create anything you want in this life.

Take a deep luscious breath.

It doesn't matter where you are if you're lying down sitting up but if you want to go straight to sleep it might be nice to lie down right now get yourself really comfortable.

Close your eyes and then just let the moment go for a second sometimes sleep there can be a bit of pressure around it so let go of your expectations and just listen to the sound of my voice notice your breathing I'll keep reminding you notice your breathing breathe a little deeper I'm gonna take you just a little bit more present into this moment so imagine just relaxing a little more opening your heart just a little deepening your breath just a little softening your jaw and your shoulders just a little and if there are any sounds around you just let the sounds of life happening become a part of the rhythm as you become more deeply relaxed with each breath just sink a little deeper into your body let each breath take you into a deeper state of presence of relaxation and of flow with the sound of my voice let's start by relaxing your muscles we'll begin with your toes allow your toes to relax allow the top of your feet to relax the balls of your feet the arches of your feet and your heels moving up to the top of your feet your ankles relax your calves relax your shins relax your knees relax behind your knees allow your thighs to relax allow the backs of your legs to relax allow your hips and your bottom to relax relax your stomach let go of any tension in your stomach relax your lungs relax your lower back relax your middle back relax your upper back relax your chest allow the backs of your arms and the fronts of your arms to gently soften and relax your arm pits relaxed shoulders relaxed your elbows relax your forearms relax your wrists relax the tops of your hands and your palms relax your thumbs your pointer finger your middle finger your ring fingers your pinky fingers relax your knuckles relax your fingernails and moving all the way up relax your collarbone relax the front of your neck the back of your neck top of your neck relax your scalp relax your ears relax your temples relax your jaw relax your tongue your lips the nose relax around your eyes relax between your eyebrows relax your forehead relax the top of your head just allow your body to remain relaxed and as you feel yourself deeply relaxed roll your eyes up to the top of your head and down relax even deeper replicating what your eyes do before sleep continue to breathe and in this very relaxed deep state of relaxation imagine yourself having a transformative sleep moving into a state of healing a deep cocoon of recalibration and consciousness realignment your cells move towards creating anything that you desire relax deeply visualize yourself going into a deep state of transformative sleep and as you dream dreaming drifting dropping and falling your unconscious body communicates the messages and symbols for your consciousness to recalibrate anything that needs to be recalibrated to realign you and heal you and keep you in flow continue to breathe if you notice your mind starting to wonder start to count the things that you're grateful for keep breathing feel the feelings of gratitude everything is going to work out just fine you are safe you are worthy you are free your body is designed to heal and to recalibrate naturally continue to breathe continue to feel gratitude continue to relax continue to allow yourself to drift into a state of deep recalibration a deep sleep and when you wake up you'll feel full of energy bright eyes ready for a wonderful day rested and ready you will have had just the right amount of rest and sleep ready and rested calm is a superpower
