The grow rich while you sleep meditation.
This is a practice for surrendering your fears,
Your anxieties,
The unsolved problems of the day to your subconscious.
But more specifically to that delicious void where we process unconsciously while we sleep.
This practice will allow you to sleep deeper,
Dream,
Restful dreams,
Beautiful dreams.
And to trust that upon awakening when you feel refreshed,
Rejuvenated,
Alive and ready for a new day.
The problems of yesterday have had time to unfold,
Unfurl and to be brought to new light.
To be resolved,
To be discovered as bigger problems or smaller problems.
To become something new.
So as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Allow this to become a nightly ritual.
There are hours and hours and hours of the day where we do not exist on the conscious plane.
Hours of the day where our mind is rested,
Our eyes are closed,
Our body is in a state of equilibrium,
Recalibration,
Rest,
Restore,
Process and expansion.
And this sleep time is the most divine channel for recalibrating your frequency to something anew.
So tonight as you sleep,
Instead of counting sheep,
Let's set the intention for money.
Let's set the intention for problems to be solved,
Questions to be answered.
And for you to experience a new you in the new dawn.
So take a deep breath,
Perhaps the first deep breath of your day at this time of night.
And even if it is the first,
Allow it to nourish you.
This is where the work really begins anyway,
Is it not?
Take another.
And another.
In this practice,
We're utilizing our sleep to progress towards an unanswered question around money,
A complicated or complex problem around money,
An intention,
Something that feels impossible around money.
We are creating and utilizing the hours upon hours of unconscious,
Deeply aware,
Deeply connected state of sleep to do the work which our conscious mind of our awakeness doesn't do.
So I want you to think of perhaps one or maybe there are many today.
Think of one at least question that you would love answered intention that you would love to see manifest desire or dream that you would love to experience in your cells in your daily life is your reality.
Allow yourself.
Before you drift off to close your eyes.
And to visualize a time when this is resolved when it is manifest when it has come true when it has happened better than you could have possibly imagined when it has been resolved.
Go to that place now in your mind's eye and see yourself in that moment.
You can be looking at yourself in that moment,
Or you can be looking through your own eyes,
So that you are experiencing that moment.
Perhaps you'd like to switch back and forth between the two.
What's important with this is that you allow yourself to feel inside of your body.
As you lay there visualizing the sensation of it being resolved.
If you can't imagine what it might feel like to have it resolved.
Allow yourself to drift right into this visual.
Maybe there's a scent in the air.
Maybe there's a taste on your tongue.
Maybe there's a sensation on your skin.
Something more that you can see if you look around this moment.
Something you can physically touch.
We're setting you up right now.
With the visualization that your unconscious mind is now going to seek to complete.
We're finding an unconscious loop now.
We're taking ourselves to a time where this is resolved.
Even though physically in this world today it's not.
So this opens up a loop in the subconscious.
Which now the subconscious being that curious.
The ever excitable,
Ever passionate loop closer must resolve.
It will naturally do so without your conscious thought.
The more you take yourself here.
The more your unconscious wants to see that loop closed.
And for it to settle as a real reality.
So really feel the feelings of being there.
You may like to as you're in this visualization set the intention now.
As I sleep tonight I would like.

.
And then fill in the gaps.
As I sleep tonight I would like this to be resolved.
As I sleep tonight I'm going to set the intention that this problem is solved in my sleep.
I will set the intention that this question is answered as I sleep.
I set the intention now of my unconscious.
That when I wake up in the morning.
I know exactly what to do.
And I trust what comes up.
My intention tonight as I sleep.
This moment becomes my reality when I wake up in the morning.
This practice is an every night practice.
Utilizing the hours upon hours our unconscious mind has to play and process with ideas.
The seed we plant before we fall asleep becomes the rooted tree that grows while we sleep and in the future.
So allow yourself to dream.
Dreaming,
Drifting,
Dropping,
Falling.
Drift into this future.
Feel the feelings.
Set the intention.
It will all be resolved.
The most powerful source of problem solving I have is my sleep.
I'm handing this over to my subconscious.

Dreaming,
Drifting,
Dropping,
Falling.
All is resolved as I sleep.
Nightly enters my life as I sleep.
In all the ways I desire.
And even more ways I didn't know were possible for me.
I am open to receiving.
I allow my biggest problems to be solved while I sleep.
