Life purpose meditation.
Close your eyes and let the moment go for a second.
Take a deep nourishing breath.
Give yourself the gift of becoming 1% more present in this moment.
Wherever you are no matter where you are or what's going on it's perfect.
Just relax a little.
Open a little.
Breathe a little deeper.
Let the sounds of life happening around you become a part of the rhythm as you become more and more deeply relaxed with each breath in each moment and as each cell returns to this moment.
Sink a little deeper into your chair,
Into the floor,
Into your feet,
Into your body and listen to the sound of my voice.
When you're on a mission you become unstoppable.
Nothing gets in your way.
When you are on purpose you become unstoppable.
Nothing gets in your way.
You are living your purpose in every moment including this one.
You don't have to know specifically what that purpose is because you've been living it your entire life already.
You bring every conversation back to your purpose.
It's in what lights you up.
It's in your beliefs.
It's in the things that you do when nobody's looking and it's mostly in the way that you do them.
Your purpose is not your vocation.
It's your why.
Notice your breathing in this moment.
Is it shallow?
Just allow it to be a little bit deeper.
Your why might be slightly different within every single activity but your greater why creates a body of purpose that you get to tap into when you're tapped into joy and presence.
If you want to reconnect and remember your life purpose connect to what brings you joy.
Do joy.
Be joy.
Find joy.
Follow joy.
Trust in joy.
What energizes you?
What do you love spending time daydreaming about?
What do people thank you for?
Where do you lose track of time?
What brings you joy?
Notice the sensations in your body as you connect to what brings you joy.
What makes you feel free and playful and honest?
Feel those sensations in your body now and allow them to be turned up and turned on.
Just take the dial and turn it up to a level that feels real and true and bright and compelling for you.
Take a big deep nourishing breath.
Think about something you're working on right now.
You know the thing it's the first thing that comes to your mind.
Something you're creating,
Launching,
Finishing,
Working on and just for a moment remember your life purpose is in everything you do.
It's available to you.
It's so simple.
It's even in the most mundane of tasks.
Just allow yourself to not try to answer that or have closure on that but just to live into that idea.
To live into that space of trusting that your life purpose is in even the most mundane of tasks and as you think about that thing that you're working on or creating right now just connecting with how can this task bring you joy right now?
What is the purpose for you doing it?
Why are you doing this?
What's your why?
What's the purpose of fulfilling it?
What will that get you and what will that get you and what will that get you feel the feelings of it being done completed out into the world fulfilled finished feel how that feels in your body right now.
What's your why?
How can this be joyful?
Let it wash over you.
This moment,
This is your purpose.
Continue to breathe.
This moment be aware of your breath once again.
Gently start wiggling your fingertips and your toes.
Become aware of your feet,
Your eyes,
Your neck,
Your open heart and your surroundings.
Stay connected to this feeling as you open your eyes.
Now move in through the next segment of time connected to your why connected to this moment connected to joy connected to this space of trusting that it's in even the most mundane of tasks.
This moment,
This is your purpose.
Move forward with joy.
Calm is a superpower.
